| Purpose:Under the guidance of the theory of physique and spirit,analyse to the treatment of physique and spirit in different stages of esophageal cancer patients,and to observe the effect of quality of life before and after treatment.Material and method: A retrospective study was used to select the first diagnosis of esophageal cancer patients from April 2015 to June 2018 in the Department of Oncology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The general data and condition of the patients were comprehensively collated.The patients are divided into four parts.According to the treatment laws of four stages of radical tumor,early stage of survival with tumor,late stage of survival with tumor,and terminal care period,and recording the quality of life before and after treatment(QOL score,KPS score,Chinese medicine symptoms,The pain index of the hospice period is statistically summarized through SPSS19.0 software,and the relevant data are compared and analyzed.Results:The rules of treating physique : The average treatment method for "physique" in the radical period of tumor is 2.09,the average treatment method for "physique in the early stage of tumor is 1.92,and the average treatment method for "physique" in the late stage of tumor is1.76.The average treatment for "physique" during the hospice period was 0.92.The rules of treating spirit: The average treatment method of "spirit" during the radical period of tumors is1.63,the average treatment method for early "spirit" with tumors is 3.62,and the average treatment method for advanced "spirit" with tumors is 4.88.The average number of treatments for "spirit" during the hospice period is 6.26.2.Evaluation of quality of life before and after treatment(1)After the QOL score was compared,p>0.05 was compared with the treatment before the treatment of patients with tumor root;In the early stages of survival with tumors was p<0.05;In the late stage of survival with tumors was p<0.01,significantly improving the quality of life of patients.(2)After comparing the KPS score,the KPS score was 70.91 ± 7.01 points before treatment in patients with tumor root management.After treatment,the score was increased to 77.27 ±4.67 points,which was statistically significant(p<0.05);In the early stages of survival with tumors,the KPS score before treatment was 57.59 ± 6.96 points,and the KPS score after treatment was 65.38 ± 7.76 points,which significantly improved the patient’s general symptoms(p<0.05);In the late stage of survival with tumors,the KPS score before treatment was 53.53 ± 7.86 points,and the KPS score after treatment was 59.41 ± 8.27 points,which was statistically significant(p<0.05).(3)The evaluation of the efficacy of Chinese medicine symptoms was compared.The total score before the treatment of tumor root therapy was 42 points,after the treatment was 16 points,the symptom relief rate was 60.47 %,and the efficacy evaluation was "effective";The total score before the early treatment of tumor survival was 78 points,the total score after treatment was 43 points,and the relief rate was 44.87 %.The curative effect evaluation was "effective".The total score before the advanced treatment of tumor survival was 125 points,the total score after treatment was 80 points,and the remission rate was 36 %.The curative effect evaluation is "effective."(4)The pain index of the hospice period is evaluated by comparing the price,and the symptoms are scored on the first day of hospitalization and the 14 th day of treatment,and the pain index is calculated to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the patient.Pre-treatment symptom score 10-20 points 3 cases,21 points or more 9 cases,14 days post-treatment pain index score,10 points or less(effective)1 case,10-20 points(effective)6 cases,20-25points(stable)4 cases,More than 25 points(invalid)1 case.Conclusion:1.The treatment of "physique " decreases with the progress of the disease,and the treatment of "spirit" gradually increases with the progress of the disease.2.Under the guidance of the theory of physique and spirit,the treatment of esophageal cancer improves the general state of the patient,relieves symptoms and improves the quality of life. |
