| Body and spirit theory is one of the important thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine, this theory in guiding the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages, and it is also the concrete manifestation of the holism of traditional Chinese medicine. Comprehensive treatment of tumors in both Chinese and Western medical as a guide of traditional Chinese medicine theory,treatment based on syndrome differentiation, organically integrated with modern medicine, emphasizing the overall treatment, which coincides with the holism of traditional Chinese medicine. The relationship between psychological status of cancer patients, complexion, speech, tongue and pulse, sleep and eating extrinsic features and tumor disease itself is very complex . Clinically,on the basis of the contact of tumor and body and spirit theory of traditional Chinese medicine ,the relationship between body and spirit of cancer patients is summarized for three types, spirit and body both are healthy, spirit and body are imbalance, spirit and body both are sick.To solve the above cases, it proposes some methods to guide comprehensive treatment of tumors in both Chinese and Western medical respectively: Recuperation of body and spirit, Spirit nursed back to health mainly and treating body secondarily, Treating body mainly and spirit nursed back to health secondarily, Common treatment of body and spirit.It Improves the quality of life of cancer patients and it also improves the effect of cancer treatment. |
