Observation On The Efficacy Of Acupuncture Combined With Cognitive Training In The Treatment Of Cognitive Impairment After Stroke

Purpose:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture therapy combined with cognitive training on post-stroke mild cognitive Impairment.Material and method:This study was from January 2017 to June 2018.A total 60 patients from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of habilitation center of brain K1 with post-stroke mild congnitive impairment were randomly divided into two groups.The two groups were given the same routine treatment,Patients of the treatment group(n=30)were given acupuncture therapy combined with cognitive training,and patients of the control groups(n=30)were only treated with cognitive training.To compare the cognitive function of the two groups after treatment.Results:1.Improve aspects of cognitive ability,comparative analysis of the two groups are in the significant difference(P <0.05),there are significant differences between the two groups.2.To improve the aspect of daily living,comparative analysis of the two groups are in the significant difference(P <0.05),there are significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion:Compared with conventional treatment,acupuncture therapy combined with cognitive training is safe and feasible.It can effectively improve the recovery of cognitive function of patients.
