Objective:To talk about the effect of cluster needing of electro-'di'acupuncture combination of cognitive training in acupuncture treatment of mild cognitive impairment.Methods:We selected the First Social Welfare Institute in Harbin for the study of the elderly.The sixty cases with mild cognitive impairment who met the case standard were randomly divided into two groups:The group of cluster needing of electro-'di'acupuncture combination of cognitive training (Treatment Group) and the group of cognitive training(Control Group).The observer group of 30 cases were treated with KWD-808 series pulse electrotherapy for the density wave output waveform, cluster needing of electro-'di'acupuncture excite frontal area and the left side of temporal region of which size to tolerance for the degree and at the same time adopted cognitive training.The methods of the cognitive training were writing training,attention and hand-eye coordination training,memory training,calculation of training and comprehensive analytical training.The control group of 30 cases were treated with simple cognitive training.The treatment time of the two group were 30 minutes, once a day, six days every week, rested one day. Continuous observation of 8 weeks. After treatment, re-rating scale for MOCA. Scaled score before and after treatment and changes in the ratio.To receive the clinical efficacy for statistical analysis and evaluation electro-'di'acupuncture combination of cognitive training treat the mild cognitive impairment.Results:(1)There was significant difference between the MOCA scale score before and after treatment of the cases with mild cognitive impairment of the two groups (P<0.01)(2)There was difference between the MOCA scale score after treatment of the cases with mild cognitive impairment of the two groups (P<0.05) (3)The effective rate of the observer group was 76.7%.The effective rate of the control group was 66.7%.There was difference between the two groups(P<0.05)Conclusions:(1)Cluster needing of electro-'di'acupuncture combination of cognitive training can improve the cognitive function of the cases who with mild cognitive impairment.(2) The effect of cluster needing of electro-'di'acupuncture combination of cognitive training was better than cognitive training.(3) Cluster needing of electro-'di'acupuncture combination of cognitive training in acupuncture treatment of mild cognitive impairment had the better effection and overcame the problome of ache of prickling, the form of it was readily accepted by ratients and it was simple alloys.
