Purpose:To retrospectively review the medical records of inpatients from June 2015 to June 2017 in the Department of Anorectal Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and to evaluate the clinical effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine Fumigation No.1 on postoperative complications and wound healing of perianal abscess Impact.Material and method:According to certain diagnostic, inclusion and exclusion criteria, postoperative patients with perianal abscess who were hospitalized during the period from June 2015 to June 2017 in the Department of Anorectal Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, were recruited and treated. The patients were Chinese herbal fumigation group 1(50 cases);the patients treated with scabies were scabs group(53 cases).Case-control study method was used to examine the inpatient history of the two groups of patients and to quantify the postoperative wound pain, postoperative anal edema, postoperative anal eczema secondary conditions, and wound healing time.SPSS19.0statistical software was used to perform statistical analysis on relevant data.Results:1.Statistical analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in pain scores between the Chinese herb fumigation group No.1 and the hemorrhoids scald group on the 3rd postoperative day and 7th day postoperatively(P<0.05).The average pain score was lower than that of the acne group;on the 14 th postoperative day,the pain scores of the two groups had no significant statistical difference(P>0.05).2.Statistical analysis showed that on the third day after operation, there was a statistically significant difference in postoperative anal edema score between the Chinese herb fumigation group 1 and the hemorrhoids powder group(P<0.05).The mean edema score in the wash group 1 group was lower than that in the scab group;at the same time, there was no significant difference between the two groups on the 7th and 14 th postoperative days(P>0.05).3.Statistical analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in postoperative complications of perianal eczema between the Chinese herb fumigation group No.1 and the scabies powder group(P<005),and the preoperative postoperative anal eczema prevalence of the Chinese herb fumigation group No.1.Lower than scabies scattered group.4.Statistical analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the healing time of wound healing between Chinese Herbal Fumigant No.1 group and Hemo Scab group(P<0.05),and the healing time of the flat wounds of the Chinese herb fumigation group No.1 was smaller than that of the scabies scattered group. Conclusion:A retrospective study of the medical records of postoperative patients with perianal abscess treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigating No.1 for a certain period of time showed that self-made Chinese herbal fumigation No.1 has good analgesic effect after perianal abscess;Chinese medicine fumigation 1 Compared with hemorrhoids scattered on the perianal abscess after the initial operation of the anal margin edema have a better therapeutic effect;Chinese medicine fumigation 1 can effectively reduce postoperative patients with secondary perianal eczema;Chinese medicine fumigation 1 can shorten the perianal abscess The time of wound healing after surgery and the promotion of postoperative recovery are worthy of clinical promotion.
