The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Infantile Pure Allergic Purpura(Wind Heat Clamp Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: To study the clinical effect and the mechanism of the clinical effect of the treatment of children with simple allergic purpura(wind and heat clamp).Methods: The group of 60 children who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group,each with 30 cases,respectively.Fill in the general information of the child,record the course of treatment before and after treatment,and the syndrome points and liver and kidney work indexes.Statistical software SPSS21.0 was used for statistical analysis,and the curative effect was preliminarily discussed.Results:1.Comparison of clinical efficacy: the rate of the treatment group was 70%,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,the increase rate was 30%,and the total effective rate was 73.33%.The two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group.2.Comparison between the two groups before and after treatment:(1)Comparison in the group: there were significant differences between the two groups before and after the treatment of the total score,the main syndrome,and the subtotal score(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there was a significant difference in the scores of the main syndromes of purpura before and after treatment(P<0.05),and no significant difference was found between the patients before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).There were significant differences in complexion,pharynx and skin integrals(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment of the total score,the main evidence points and the subsyndromes(P<0.05).After treatment of the two groups,there was a significant difference in site,color,degree and itch score(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the morphological integral of purpura(P>0.05).After the treatment of the two groups,there were significant differences in complexion,pharynx and skin integrals(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: Breeze heat to invigorate the circulation of the treatment of infantile simplex allergic purpura(wind hot clip stasis syndrome)clinical effective,can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,especially in the primary symptom improvement purpura: position,color,intensity,itch.Secondary symptoms: the complexion,pharynx and skin are superior to the basic treatment group of western medicine only,and there is no obvious liver and kidney damage in a short course of treatment,which is worthy of further study and application.
