Purpose: Conform to the standard of 128 cases of patients with chronic gastritis with bile reflux,to carry on the sex,age,season,incentives,such as clinical information collected,analyzed the characteristics of chronic gastritis with bile reflux disease and its influencing factors,in order to better guide the disease prevention and clinical treatment.Materials and methods:Collected through retrospective analysis method,in November 2016 to December 2017 in liaoning university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the diagnosis of chronic gastritis with bile reflux of hospitalized cases,and in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria for selection,use of Excel spreadsheet objective real fill in the chart review questionnaire,via SPSS22.0 software for statistical analysis,in the form of forms,such as data visually the pathogenic cause of the disease,solar terms,professional category information,and the distribution and gastroscope diagnosis of syndrome,the clinical characteristics were analyzed,further the relevant conclusions.Results:Clinical data of 128 cases of chronic gastritis with bile reflux:1.In the case data of this group,52 males accounted for 40.6 per cent,while 76 females accounted for 59.4 per cent,with a male-female ratio of approximately 1:1.46.Among them,the minimum age is 21 years old,the maximum age is 78 years old,and the average age is 53.92 + 12.77 years old.The incidence of chronic gastritis with bile reflux was 39.06% in the elderly group and 37.5% in the middle aged group.In terms of occupation,the highest incidence among retirees was 51.56%,followed by employees19.53%.Spring was the most common and winter and autumn were the second most common.2.In this group,the proportion of 83 cases with pathogenic factors was 64.84%,while the proportion of the remaining 45 cases without significant causes was 35.16%,and the ratio of the two cases was about 1.84:1.Among the pathogenic factors,the most common ones are unsatisfactory mood and poor diet,accounting for 37.5 percent and28.9 percent respectively.3.In this study,128 cases of chronic gastritis patients with bile reflux with feelings of the most important in the diagnosis of pain pain is the most common(43.75%),followed by the diagnosis ache 15.6% ratio is relatively high,the diagnosis bilge full(10.93%),abdominal pain(9.38%),burning,burning pain(8.59%),abnormal defecation(8.59%),and other frequency is relatively low.The most common syndromes were followed by: tolerance,anti-acid,belching,mouth pain and loose stools.The red tongue and white moss veins are the most common.Among the TCM syndromes of chronic gastritis and bile reflux,there were 57 cases of hepatogastric syndrome with the highest ratio of 44.53%,33 cases of hepatogastric syndrome with stagnation of hepatogastric heat,25.78%,and 18 cases of spleen and stomach dampness and heat syndrome,accounting for 14.06%.There was no difference between the types of TCM syndromes,gender and age distribution.4.In this group of patients with chronic gastritis with bile regurgitation in gastroscope diagnosis results,with bile reflux sign to erosion sample changer most see more proportion is 47.66%,second accounted for 37.5% of atrophic gastritis,polypoid lesion proportion was ranked third(18.75%),the rest is relatively rare.There were statistically significant differences between the types of TCM syndromes and the results of gastroscopic diagnosis.5.Based on 128 cases of chronic gastritis patients with bile reflux with Chinese traditional medicine prescription analysis of statistics,by the largest number of the top ten medicine as: dried tangerine or orange peel,liquorice,atractylodes,radix bupleuri,magnolia bark,yanhusuo,white cardamom,rhizoma coptidis,poria cocos,orange.Conclusion:1.The incidence of chronic gastritis and bile reflux is mainly caused by elderly people,with more female patients than male patients,and the occupational distribution is mainly dominated by retirees.2.This disease often occurs in the spring,and emotional failure and poor diet are common causes.Clinical manifestations include epigastric distended pain,tolerance,anti-acid,bitter mouth,red tongue,white moss and chordal vein.3.The syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)are the syndrome of liver and stomach disharmony,liver and stomach stagnation and heat,spleen and stomach dampness and heat,and there is no difference between different TCM syndromes,gender and age distribution.4.Among the gastroscopic signs of chronic gastritis with bile reflux,those with erosion were the most common,and there was statistical significance between different TCM syndromes and gastroscopic diagnosis results.5.The top 10 most frequently used drugs for dispatch were: orange peel,liquorice,baishu,bupleurum,hopu,longhuso,white cardamom,rhizoma coptis,poria cocos and fructus aurantii.
