Purpose: To observe decoction reduced nitrogen retention enema method for the treatment of chronic kidney disease in patients with 3-4 merger secondary high uric acid hematic disease clinical curative effect, explore the intestinal excretion of uric acid method of traditional Chinese medicine, the maximum possible delay the progression of such patients.Material and method:1.The selection in November 2016 to November 2017 in liaoning university hospital kidney internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine hospital treatment of chronic kidney disease in patients with 3-4 merger secondary high uric acid hematic disease as the research object,a total of 108 cases, divided into two groups, including control group 78 cases, observation group of 30 cases.2.In the low salt, low phosphorus, low purine, high quality low protein, high quantity of heat diet, infection control, such as high blood pressure treatment,on the basis of the control application from renal failure and subtract combined western medicine routine treatment of chronic kidney disease, observation group in the control group on the basis of decoction combined with our drop nitrogen retention enema, once a day course is(14.14 + 1.23)days.3.Observe the changes of serum uric acid(UA),serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN)and glomerular filtration rate(GFR)before and after treatment.Results:1.The blood uric acid, creatinine and urea nitrogen in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the glomerular filtration rate was significantly increased, and the changes were statistically significant(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).2.Compared between the two groups, the changes in serum uric acid, serum creatinine and glomerular filtration rate before and after treatment were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).3.The decrease of serum creatinine and serum uric acid was positively correlated and statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion:The treatment of decoction decoction retention enema can effectively delay the progression of patients with chronic renal disease 3-4 with secondary hyperuricemia.
