Purpose:By observing the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with t raditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine treatment, and basic nutrition support ont he efficacy of anorexia and cachexia, the changes in weight, albumin, appetite,Kjeldahlsc ore,and immune index of patients before and after treatment were evaluated, and acup uncture and Chinese medicine were combined as the train of thought. The clinical valu e of treating anorexia cachexia syndrome.Material and method:Material:Eighty-four patients with cancer anorexia cachex ia were collected.According to the patient's condition and willingness, they were divided into acupuncture group, traditional Chinese medicine group and basic group. The basic g roup was given amino acid, fat milk and other nutritional support treatment;the Chines e medicine group was based on Sijunzi decoction in the basic group treatment and di alectically given oral decoction;the acupuncture and medicine group was given acupun cture and acupuncture on the basis of the Chinese medicine group. After 4 weeks of treatment, the changes in body weight, appetite, and Kappa scores of the three groups before and after treatment were observed, and hemoglobin, albumin, and immune para meters were measured.SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysisof data.Results:1.Changes in body weight:After treatment, there was no significant difference between the overall and the two groups in the three groups(all P>0.05).Before and after treatm ent in each group, the paired test was performed:the body weight of the acupuncture gr oup and the traditional Chinese medicine group was increased compared with that bef ore the treatment,P<0.05;after the treatment in the basic group, the body weight was lo wer than that before the treatment,P<0.05,and the weight loss was different.2.Changes in albumin:After treatment, the acupuncture group and the traditional Chine se medicine group were higher than the basic group,P<0.05,the difference was statistic ally significant;the acupuncture group was higher than the traditional Chinese medicine group, but P>0.05,no statistical significance.Comparison of the three groups before a nd after treatment:Acupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine group increase d after treatment, but P>0.05,no statistical significance;basic group after treatment th an before treatment values,P<0.05,statistically significant.3.Changes in appetite:After treatment, the appetite of the three groups improved differe ntly from before treatment. The improvement rate of the acupuncture group was 88.4%,the improvement rate of the Chinese medicine group was 71.5%,and the improvement rate of the basic group was 50.0%.Statistical analysis. The results of the comparison b etween the acupuncture and Chinese medicine group and the basic group were differen t(P<0.05).4.Kjeldahl score changes:After treatment, the rate of improvement in the acupuncture an d medicine group was 89.5%,the improvement rate in the Chinese medicine group was79.1%,and the improvement rate in the basic group was 46.2%.The results of the com parison between the acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group and the basic group were different(P<0.05).),Chinese medicine treatment results compared with the basic group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.5.Changes in immune parameters:The levels of CD3~+and CD8~+were different in the t hree groups after treatment(P<0.05);there was no difference in the results betweenthe acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group after CD4~+treatment(P=0.076).There was a difference between the Chinese medicine group and the basic group(P<0.05).CD4/CD8:Acupuncture group and Chinese medicine group were all higher t han before treatment(P<0.05),and the basic group was lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture group treatment increased body weight, increased albumin level, and C D4+efficacy was comparable to that of the traditional Chinese medicine group. In the increase of appetite, improve the Kjeldahl score, improve the level of T cell subsets(CD3+,CD8+)than the Chinese medicine group.2.The acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly better than the basic nutrition therapy in improving patients'appetite, gaining weight,i mproving Kappes-child scale, raising albumin, and immune index levels.3.After the treatment of the basic group, all the indexes of the patients decreased, but th ey were not significantly improved. This suggests that the basic nutritional support treat ment has no obvious improvement in improving appetite, increasing body weight, improv ing immune function, and improving the quality of life.
