Purpose:Summarize the clinical features and characteristics of patients with malignant tumor bone metastases,provide a strong basis for the treatment of bone metastases,with a view to further improve the level of early diagnosis and treatment.Materials and Methods:Select the Department of Oncology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2016 to February 2017 patients with bone metastases diagnostic criteria,In strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were screened,Retrospective analysis of its general information,previous treatment,clinical symptoms,syndrome characteristics,survival and the use of Microsoft Excel software statistics of the general situation of patients,SPSS 21.0 was used for statistical analysis,Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate the survival rate,and Log-rank method was used for univariate analysis.Results: 144 cases of bone metastases from the primary source of disease were lung cancer,breast cancer,prostate cancer,kidney cancer,head and face cancer,stomach cancer,colorectal cancer,liver cancer.Involved in the proportion of the spine,ribs,pelvis,limbs,scapula,skull,sternum,mandible.Sixty-three patients had a history of bone metastases when diagnosed with a malignancy.Most patients showed pain,followed by bone marrow compression.For the treatment of primary disease,a total of 65 cases received surgical treatment,a total of 82 cases of chemotherapy,radiation therapy in 26 cases,a total of 41 cases of endocrine therapy,34 cases of targeted therapy for bone metastases,including analgesics,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,Surgical treatment,bisphosphonates and so on.Univariate analysis of the results prompted surgery,chemotherapy and prognosis of patients.Of the 144 patients,90 cases of oral Chinese medicine decoction,of which 42 cases of oral Chinese medicine decoction of modified Chaihu Plus Longgu Muli Decoction.Traditional Chinese medicine decoction is often added to the kidney to fill in essence,treatment of intermittent injury,qi and blood to relieve pain in traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion: Lung cancer,breast cancer,prostate cancer and kidney cancer are most likely to have bone metastases,followed by spine,ribs,pelvis,extremities,scapula,skull and sternum,and surgery,oral TCM decoction and chemotherapy are associated with prognosis Comprehensive application can make patients with bone metastasis symptoms improved.
