| Purpose : Meta-analysis was used to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Huoxue and Pinggan Qianyang method in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.Based on a retrospective analysis of the electronic cases of coronary heart disease and hypertensive treated by outpatient clinics from the electronic medical records of Professor Zhang Mingxue's specialist outpatient clinic in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2017 in the Inpatient Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital.The use of drugs and the analysis of curative effect in patients with heart disease and hypertension are aimed at improving the efficacy of clinical workers in the treatment of coronary heart disease and hypertension.It is extremely useful for individualized formulation and adjustment of coronary heart disease and hypertension treatment programs.Important clinical significance.Material and method:This meta-analysis research has collected database resources systems from database building to March 2017,known as How Net,Wanfang,VIP,etc.,aiming at the research literature of Yiqihuoxue and Pinggan Qianyang Therapy for coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.At the same time,the screening was incorporated into the literature references,and a rigorous quality evaluation was performed.Finally,meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.3 software.The second dissertation is based on the electronic patient data system of the inpatients of the Professor Zhang Mingxue's specialist outpatient clinic in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from January 2016 to December 2017.The combination of Tanghe Tianma Gouteng Decoction and the treatment of 73 cases of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.Through the collection of patient's general personal data,current medical history,past history,allergies,supplementary examinations,laboratory tests,and patient prescriptions,and other detailed clinical data,summarized and compiled into Excel spreadsheets,using SPSS17.0 software to analyze the clinical symptoms of patients before and after medication Integral changes,changes in blood pressure,and medication laws.Results:1.The meta-analysis eventually included 21 articles with a total of 2175 patients.The total effective rate of treatment [OR=4.22,95%CI(2.63,6.77),P<0.00001];Significantly improved effective in reducing the number of episodes of angina pectoris [OR=4.91,95%CI(2.59,9.31),P<0.00001 ] And effective antihypertensive treatment to improve the effective rate [OR =2.85,95% CI(2.20,3.69),P <0.00001] and ECG ST-segment depression treatment marked improvement efficiency [OR = 3.03,95% CI(2.39,3.84)P<0.00001],the differences were statistically significant.The results showed that the traditional Chinese medicine for replenishing qi and activating blood circulation and relieving yang and yang can significantly improve the clinical manifestations of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension,qi deficiency and blood stasis,and liver yang hyperactivity.2.A total of 73 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension were included in this retrospective analysis.After taking the Chinese herbal decoction for two weeks,the symptoms of chest pain,chest tightness,palpitation,shortness of breath,fatigue,headache,dizziness,irritability,dry mouth,and constipation were significantly improved(P<0.05),but the patient's The symptoms of insomnia,dreams,and redness were not significantly improved(p>0.05).The total effective rate of using decoction treatment was94.61%.Conclusion:1.The meta-analysis can be obtained: Traditional Chinese Medicine Yiqi Huoxue,Pinggan Qianyang method can effectively treat symptomatic treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.2.The statistical results of the frequency of medications suggest that the tutors tend to use Yinqi Huoxue and Pinggan Qianyang in clinical treatment of coronary heart disease and hypertension.3.The use of Chinese herbal medicines for replenishing qi and activating blood circulation,and reconstructing liver and resolving yang can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension,and demonstrate the unique dialectical thinking and individualized treatment plans of traditional Chinesemedicine. |
