Clinical Observation On Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Treated With Spleen-strengthening And Blood Circulation-activating Therapy

With the adjustment of people’s living standards and dietary structure,meat eats a large proportion of the diet and increases the intake of fat and protein.At present,people’s working life is dominated by sedentary activity,resulting in a gradual increase in the incidence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,and the age of onset is gradually decreasing.NAFLD has become a major liver disease that threatens human physical and mental health and has become a common concern in the world.The research and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver in Chinese medicine has been developing rapidly in recent years,especially with regard to the efficacy of Chinese medicine.This article discusses the use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver in the following discussion.Objective:Observing the effect of spleen-strengthening and blood circulation-activating therapy on non-alcoholic fatty liver,and compared with western medicine polyene phosphatidylcholine,through the detection of TCM symptoms,liver function,blood lipids and the degree of color dopler ultrasonography change,to verify the advantages of spleen-strengthening and blood circulation-activating therapy prescriptions compared with western medicine(polyene phosphatidylcholine)in terms of treatment,provide theoretical basis for clinical promotion of spleen-strengthening and blood circulation-activating therapy.Methods:1.medical case of illness selection:100 cases were all diagnosed as non-alcoholic fatty liver in the No.1 Chinese Medicine Hospital of Baoding.Divided the selected cases into 50 cases of traditional Chinese medicine observation group and western medicine control group.There was no difference in the age,gender,severity of illness,etc.between the two groups after statistical analysis(P>0.05).2.Chinese medicine observation group give spleen-strengthening and blood circulation-activating therapy prescriptions,western medicine control group give polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules.Continuous treatment for three months,check liver function and blood lipids before treatment,one month after treatment,and after treatment,At the same time,score according to the severity of symptoms in TCM.and before the treatment and after treatment,check the liver color ultrasound,according to color ultrasound results to make a score.Results:1.After three months of treatment,both groups achieved different degrees of curative effect.The Chinese medicine observation group had a better effect than the Western medicine control group.The total effective rate was 92% for the observation group of traditional Chinese medicine and the total effective rate was 74% for the western medicine control group.The difference in total efficiency is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After one month of treatment,the Chinese medicine group had obvious curative effect in improving serological indicators(ALT,AST,GGT,TC,TG),and had significant statistical significance compared with the Western medicine group(P<0.01);The improved serological indicators were still better than the western medicine control group(P<0.01).There was a difference in color Doppler changes in the observation group of traditional Chinese medicine(P<0.05),and there was no obvious improvement in color Doppler ultrasonography in the western medicine control group(P>0.05).3.After one month of treatment,both groups improved in the improvement of TCM symptoms.The TCM observation group had a significant advantage over the Western medicine control group in this indicator;the differences between the Chinese and Western medicine groups after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.spleen-strengthening and blood circulation-activating therapy in the treatment of NAFLD in clinical efficacy,compared with Western medicine polyene phosphatidylcholine obvious advantages.2.spleen-strengthening and blood circulation-activating therapy are effective in improving liver function and blood lipid levels in patients with NAFLD,and have improved in color ultrasound.3.spleen-strengthening and blood circulation-activating therapy have obvious advantages in the efficacy of TCM symptoms in patients with NAFLD.4.The treatment of NAFLD with the therapy of spleen-strengthening and blood circulation-activating,has the effect of protecting the liver,and the safety is good.No adverse reactions occurred in the clinical study.Compared with Western medicine,it has obvious advantages and is worthy of clinical application and in-depth study.
