Objective Meta-analysis was used to evaluate the clinical effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on improving glucose metabolism,renal function and hemorheology in diabetic nephropathy,providing basis for clinical scientific medication.Methods The randomized controlled trial(RCT)literature on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in various databases was retrieved by computer.The literature retrieval database includes CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,Pub Med,Embase and The Cochrane Library.The retrieval period is from the database to 2018.Two searchers will search independently.In case of differences,they can discuss with each other or consult with a third party to resolve them,so as to determine the final inclusion of the documents.Jadad scoring scale will be used to evaluate the quality of the included documents.All relevant data included in the literature were statistically analyzed with Rev Man5.3 software provided by Cochrane Collaboration Network,and forest maps of relevant results and funnel maps of literature publication bias were drawn.Results According to the pre-established inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 14 RCT articles were included,totaling 1282 diabetic nephropathy patients.According to the literature quality evaluation,7 articles are of high quality.Meta-analysis results are as follows: the clinical efficacy results show that the studies in different groups have homogeneity,and the efficacy of the experimental group is better than that of the conventional western medicine group;Traditional Chinese medicine compound for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can improve fasting blood glucose(Z = 8.96,p < 0.00001),glycosylated hemoglobin(MD =-0.44,95% CI[-0.68,-0.20,p =0.0003 ])and whole blood viscosity(high shear)in hemorheology [MD=-0.96,95 %CI(-1.31,-0.60),P<0.00001],whole blood viscosity(low shear)[MD=-1.90,95%CI(-2.39,-1.40),P<0.00001],plasma viscosity [MD=-0.42,95%CI(-0.61,-0.23),p <0.00001 ] have definite curative effects.the experimental group is superior to the control group,but there is no obvious difference between the experimental group and the control group in the influence of SCr,BUN and plasma fibrinogen.The publication bias test of the documents showed that the publication bias of the included documents was not obvious.Conclusion In this paper,the specific effect of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis on diabetic nephropathy is studied by meta analysis.It is believed that this treatment method has obvious effect on reducing fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,whole blood viscosity(high shear),whole blood viscosity(low shear)and plasma viscosity.
