Clinical Research On Chronic Kidney Disease With Chinese Herbal Compound Combined With Ultrasonic Permeabilization Therapy

Purpose:The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical effect of the Chinese medicine compound with ultrasonic penetration therapy in the treatment of chronic kidney disease with the combination of Chinese medicine and ultrasonic therapy,and to explore the effect of the treatment scheme on the clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes of Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic kidney disease,and to observe the score of the clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes in the treatment of CKD.Analysis of adverse events in treatment,seek a new way of combining traditional medicine with modern technology to treat CKD.Material and method:Select 2017.2-2017.12 in the patients with renal CKD hospitalized in the 3-4 Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,90 patients belong to the syndrome differentiation of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and dampness and blood stasis,spleen deficiency and dampness and blood stasis syndrome of spleen and kidney qi and yin deficiency and dampness and blood stasis,were randomly divided into compound group and ultrasound group.The compound group was treated with basic treatment:(1)treatment of primary disease;(2)control of diet;(3)symptomatic treatment;(4)treatment of Chinese medicine compound(kidney failure prescription).Ultrasound group was treated with basic therapy and ultrasound therapy.Serum creatinine were observed before and after treatment(Scr),serum urea nitrogen(BUN),estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)and the changes of stool frequency and TCM syndrome score,compared the effect of three kinds of syndromes,and record adverse reactions in the treatment process of the situation.Results: 1.The comparison of the curative effect between the ultrasound group and the compound group showed that the total effective rate was 14 after treatment for 14 days,and 97.78% in the ultrasound group,86.67% in the compound group,P=0.023 < 0.05,indicating that the difference between the ultrasonic group and the compound group is statistically significant.2.The comparison of the TCM syndromes between the ultrasound group and the compound group showed that the total effective rate was 14 after treatment for 14 days,and 64.44% in the ultrasound group,44.44% in the compound group,P=0.039 < 0.05,indicating that the curative effect difference between the ultrasound group and the compound group was statistically significant.3.Comparison of therapeutic effects of ultrasound disease group and compound group in the spleen and kidney qi deficiency and dampness and blood stasis,the total efficiency of 14 days after treatment,ultrasound group was 100%,compound group was 77.78%,P=0.028< 0.05,indicating differences in ultrasound group and compound disease group of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and dampness and blood stasis syndrome has statistical significance.Conclusion:1.The curative effect of Chinese medicine compound combined with ultrasonic wave therapy in the treatment of CKD 3-4 patients is more obvious than that of the patients with simple Chinese medicine.2.In the treatment of CKD 3-4 stage,Chinese medicine combined with ultrasonic therapy is the most effective treatment for spleen and kidney qi deficiency and dampness turbidity and blood stasis syndrome than spleen and kidney yang deficiency and damp turbid blood stasis syndrome and Spleen Kidney Qi Yin deficiency and wet turbidity blood stasis syndrome.
