| Purpose:the study aims for closerving the high dose of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli in the clinical curtive effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound for the treatment of chronic kidney disease, expiring its efficacy and safety.Method:Divde patients patients,who fit the indusive criteria of chronic kidney disease into 2 group ramdomly.control group(basic formula of renal faiture), treatment group(basie formula of renal faiture mixed with endothelium corneum gigeriae galli 30g per pair). Observe the renal function,Iiver function, blood routine tssts, urine routine tssts,electrolytes and bowels concltion,ect,to get the comprehensive evaluation of curative effect and safety.Result:The efficiency of the control group was 14.29%,while the treatment group was 26.92%.There was no significant differences of comprehensive curativel effect between these 2 groups((P> 0.05).However,due to the small amounts of samples and no significant differences between 2 groups,there is no strong evidence to ectimate the curative effect of high doses of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli of traditional Chinese medicine compound for the treatment of chronic kidney disease.Conclusion:fhigh-dose endothelium corneum gigeriae galli Chinese medicine compound for the treatment of chronic kidney disease have Clinical effective, but because of the small sample sizes, there was no statistically significant difference between the groups,still need to enlarge the sample size, longer follow-up period, to continue exploring. |
