Summary Of Professor Wang Li's Experience In Treating Diabetes With Insomnia

Purpose:To summarize the treatment of diabetes complicated with Professor Wang Li insomnia treatment ideas and rules of prescriptions,start a new thought for Chinese medicine treatment of the disease.Material and method: 1.Case collection: all of the cases were from my teacher professor Wang Li in treatment during October 2015-2016 and September diabetes insomnia patients.2.Case analysis:In the study of clinical basic knowledge,consulting the relevant literature and reading classics,the academic origin,the ancient knowledge,the research status and the treatment progress at home and abroad are more deeply understood.3.Experience: summarized my disease medication features of etiology and pathogenesis and prescription of diabetes with insomnia,and provide new ideas for the treatment of diabetes and insomnia.Results:Professor Wang Li has exact clinical curative effect in treatment of diabetes and insomnia,is worthy of further study and clinical application.Conclusion: 1.Knowledge of the pathogenesis of thirst and insomnia: thirst and insomnia with deficiency of the Yin fluid,based on this,with qi depression,phlegm heat,blood stasis and other real evil,it is the proof of the deficiency.The disease is mainly involved in the liver,stomach,lung,kidney and so on.2.Diabetes and understanding of insomnia treatment :(1)pay attention to nourishing yin and nourishing liquid to cure it,and advocate regulating qi,regulating qi and dispelling evil spirits to cure the standard;(2)according to the characteristics of thirst and insomnia,the syndrome type of this disease is summarized as liver depression syndrome,phlegm heat internal disturbance,blood stasis syndrome,and the treatment of thirst and insomnia.On the basis of the prescription,the combination of clinical application and reduction will make the effect more effective.
