Retrospective Analysis Of TCM Syndrome Characteristics And General Data Of 148 Cases Of Functional Dyspepsia

Purpose:By collecting 148 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia basic information,to study the clinical characteristic of functional dyspepsia and TCM syndrome types in age,sex,the cause,the distribution characteristics of western medicine subtypes,etc,for Liao Shen area for functional dyspepsia disease prevention and aftercare.Material and method:This study adopts the method of retrospective study,under the guidance of the basic theory of TCM,collecting 148 cases in January 2017 to December 2017 to our taste the outpatient clinic of the four diagnostic data of the patients with functional dyspepsia and basic information,fill in the data in the Microsoft Excel,with SPSS22.0software data statistical analysis,using mean descriptive analysis,composition ratio,frequency,etc.The counting data was tested by x2.Results:1.General situation of functional dyspepsia patients:Of the 148 patients,53 were male and 95 were female,with a ratio of 1:1.79.The minimum age was 24 years old,the maximum age was 78 years,and the middle-aged group had the highest proportion(48.65%).Based on the distribution of vocational and cultural degree,FD is considered to be more highly educated and engaged in mental work.There were 73 cases with obvious inducements(some of them had more than one inducement)and 75 cases without obvious inducement.The main inducement(41%)was the main inducement,followed by cold(28%).Winter is the high season of the disease.Most patients have no bad habits.Seventy-two patients were tested with Hp,with a positive rate of 31.94%.Western medicine subtype above abdominal pain syndrome mainly.The main syndromes of Chinese medicine are the swelling of the stomach,the pain of the stomach,the pain of the stomach,the pain,the lack of breath,and the change of the character of the stool.Tongue is the main expression of tongue red moss white.The pulse is the main manifestation of the string.2.Characteristics of TCM syndrome distribution:TCM syndrome types can be divided into: liver,spleen and stomach deficiency cold stomach with syndrome(weak)syndrome,spleen and stomach hot and humid,pixu(spleen deficient)and qi stagnation syndrome,in a word,fever,type 5 women with liver,spleen and stomach deficiency cold stomach with syndrome(weak)certificate,pixu(spleen deficient)and multiple see,men with spleen and stomach wet and heat syndrome,in a word,not to see.Middle and young people in the liver and stomach of the majority,the spleen and stomach moist heat type secondary,old people with the spleen and stomach deficiency cold(weak)type more see.Liver stomach rift type of modern not free as the main cause,spleen and stomach syndrome,improper diet as the main cause,spleen and stomach cold(weak)to catch cold catch cold as the main cause,and qi pixu(spleen deficient)and type in a word,not the main cause is not clear.The syndrome of upper abdominal pain syndrome is common in liver and stomach,and the subtype syndrome is common in spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome(weak).Conclusion:1.The incidence of functional dyspepsia is more common among women,and it is better for middle-aged and elderly people with higher education background,and the lack of love is the common cause and winter is the main season.2.The high positive rate of Hp should be further studied.3.Functional dyspepsia(TCM)syndrome is mainly based on liver and stomach disharmony syndrome,and mainly in western medicine subtype.4.The distribution of different TCM syndromes in gender,age,inducement and western medicine is statistically significant.
