Purpose:To observe and discuss the distribution of common types of TCM syndromes in type 2 diabetes patients with overweight and obesity, and the relationship between each syndrome type and patient age, gender, duration of illness, and BMI.To investigate the correlation between serum RAAS and TCM syndrome types in overweight and obese patients with type 2 diabetes, and provide objective indicators for TCM syndrome differentiation in patients with overweight or obese type 2 diabetes.Method: 1.To study the Chinese and English medical literature related to this essay, and to summarize the representative medical arguments.2.Clinical study: 120 patients in the Department of Endocrinology of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected. The CRF clinical information collection form was used to collect basic information, four diagnostic data, physical and chemical examinations, and other data using Microsoft Office Excel.Establish a data collection library and double-entry data entry.3.Data analysis: Spss 20.0 was used to analyze the correlation between serum biochemical indicators and TCM syndromes in all patients enrolled in the study, and data were analyzed to obtain the results.Results:SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis of all data.Through non-parametric tests,it was found that the onset age and disease course of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome were higher than those of Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome, liver and stomach stagnation syndrome and dampness and heat.Spleen syndrome three groups(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in BMI between the groups(P>0.05).This study also found a significant difference between TCM syndrome type and course of disease and RAAS in overweight and obese type 2 diabetes. The activation level of RAAS(PRA,Ang II,ALD)in the damp-heat and spleen-predominant spleen group was higher than that in other groups. Conclusion: 1.Among the overweight and obese T2 DM patients, there are mostly patients with damp heat and spleen syndrome, liver and stomach stagnation syndrome, and Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome.2.The expression of RAAS(PRA,Ang?,ALD)in damp-heat and spleen syndrome is higher than other syndrome types. It is speculated that the increase of RAAS activation in overweight and obese T2 DM patients may be used as an objective indicator for the diagnosis of damp-heat and spleen-type.
