A Clinical Research On Dysphagia After Stroke Treated By Jin's Three-Needle Manipulation And Rehabilitation Therapy

This article mainly carries on the observation,the induction and the summary from the literature and the clinical research aspect for the clinical curative effect of Jin' s three needle to treat dysphagia after stroke.Dysphagia is a common complication after stroke,the incidence of dysphagia on acute phase of stroke is 45%,it is also reported about 51%to 73%of stroke patients with dysphagia.It is not only deprived of stroke patients basic human needs "something pleasant" but also lead them to malnutrition,dehydration,aspiration pneumonia,asphyxia,psychological barriers and so on.It greatly affectes the treatment of stroke patients and rehabilitation process,extend the treatment time,increase health care costs and mortality rates.Therefore,to explore the treatment of stroke dysphagia method is receiving increasing attention both at home and abroad scholars.Jin' s three needle is the summary of the well-known expert Professor Jin Rui' s years clinical experience,some of acupuncture technique on the treatment of dysphagia after stroke has the exact effect.This Subject of the comparative study of clinical observation for Jin' s three needle to treat dysphagia after stroke in the efficacy is to dig out the reasons of the Jin' s three needle admitted certain effect.ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect about dysphagia after Stroke Treated by jin' s Three - Needle Manipulation and Rehabilitation.Provide clinical Disease-oriented method in order to find a precise and effective treatment to improve the quality of life and survival rate.MethodsWe selected 60 patients on May 2008～April 2009 from Department of Neurology in Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Region and department of Rehabilitation in Guangdong Provincial TCM Hospital who met the criteria,They were randomly divided into treatment group(Jin' s three needle Manipulation and Rehabilitation Therapy)and the control group(Only Rehabilitation Therapy),after one month treatment,we use Kubota capacity assessment of swallowing and dysphagia score rating scale to observe the clinical efficacy.ResultsThere is not significance differences between two groups in gender and age.The score of swallowing capacity after treatment:The total effective rate of treatment group is 86.67%,control group is 73.33%,the difference between the two group's total effective rate is statistically significant(P＜0.05).using the rating scale score of dysphagia after treatment:The total effective rate of treatment group is 90%,control group is 76.67%,the difference between the two group's total effective rate is statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusionjin' s Three-Needle Manipulation is a simple will,inspection,inexpensive treatment have certain advantages to treat dysphagia after stroke,It is worthy to be popularized and applied.The mechanism may be due to tongue three needle directly stimulates the throat Muscles,strengthens partial blood circulation, forms stimulation and facilitation to central nervous system,promotes the reestablishment and recovery of swallow reflex arc,which make the swallow movement could be well coordinated and improved.The brain three needle action mechanism may be relate to enhance the excitability of patient brain cell, improve the micro cycle disturbance and metabolism of diseased brain tissue, so as to promote the recuperation of neurological function,and improve dysphagia symptom.
