Meta-analysis Of The Effectiveness And Safety Of Total Glucosides Of Paeony In The Treatment Of Psoriasis

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of total glucosides of paeony combined with Narrowband UVB in the treatment of psoriasis by meta-analysis.Methods: Clinical randomized controlled studies of total glucosides of paeoniflorin combined with Narrowband UVB in the treatment of psoriasis were searched from Wanfang data,CBM,VIP,CNK,Pub Med database.The literature of the library is retrieved by hand.The gray literature of the degree thesis is retrieved.The time range of the literature search is from the date of the database construction to the last retrieval time December,2017.A total of 536 articles were retrieved literature,filtered by reading literature title first,and after the title of reading,combined with 27 references,then to read the full text of documents,according to the study of literature types,interventions such as observation group and control group in the literature works in the literature for further screening,in the process of text reading,ruled out 19 articles,in addition,there are four articles with a control group of Settings do not conform to the requirements of the literature into the standard,after screening after work eventually included eight references literatures.Rev Man 5.3 software was used to conduct the Meta analyses.After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment,cure rate,recurrence rate,total incidence of adverse reactions in the course of treatment and after treatment were observed.Results: Compared with patients with psoriasis treated with Narrowband UVB monotherapy,the effective rate of patients with psoriasis in the observation group treated with paeony glycoside combined with Narrowband UVB was significantly higher than that of the control group(RR=3.07,95%CI =1.95~4.82,P<0.00001),Compared with patients with psoriasis treated with Narrowband UVB monotherapy,the psoriasis area and severity index of patients with psoriasis in the observation group treated with paeony glycoside combined with Narrowband UVB was significantly higher than that of the control group(RR=3.03,95%CI =2.21~3.85,P<0.00001),Compared with patients with psoriasis treated with Narrowband UVB monotherapy,the adverse reactions rate of patients with psoriasis in the observation group treated with paeony glycoside combined with Narrowband UVB has no significantly difference with the control group(RR=1.30,95%CI =0.80~2.21,P=0.29).Conclusion:1.Radix paeoniae paeoniae alba combined with total glycoside and ultraviolets in narrow spectrum have a significant effect on the treatment of psoriasis.2.The root of herbaceous peony joint narrow-spectrum uvb rays total glycosides treatment of psoriasis with simple using narrow-spectrum uvb rays treatment psoriasis compared,can obtain higher efficiency,and radix paeoniae alba joint narrow-spectrum uvb rays total glycosides treatment of psoriasis patients with psoriasis skin lesion area and severity scores decline in value is higher,the incidence of adverse reactions compared with pure narrow-spectrum uvb rays group no significant difference.
