Analysis Of Professor Jiang Shumin's Experience In Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Based On Data Mining

Purpose:Through data mining method,studying the Chinese herb compatibility rule of Professor Jiang Shumin in treating chronic atrophic gastritis,and explored the way of treatment,aiming to provide new clinical thinking and scientific basis for TCM in treat of chronic atrophic gastritis.Material and method: Collecting first prescription from professor Jiang Shumin in Treating 64 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients.Select the frequency of use in the more than 15 times,and the frequency of use of the total frequency of nearly 84% of the 22 Chinese herb as high-frequency Chinese herb.The frequency analysis for each class of Chinese herb,select the most commonly used by Professor Jiang Shumin.Cluster analysis and correlation analysis of Chinese herb,protract dendrogram and network diagram.According to the statistical results and the experience of diagnosis and treatment from my supervisor,obtain the principle in using Chinese herb and compatibility of Chinese herb of Professor Jiang Shumin in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Results: 1.Through the analysis of the frequency of the 68 Chinese herb,according to the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the order of the Chinese herb is heat-clearing medicine,damp-draining medicine,tonifying medicine and so on.High-frequency Chinese herb include Astragalus,Bletilla,Poria and so on.2.According to the dendrogram obtained after cluster analysis,the Chinese herb as a variable can be divided into 4 categories.The first kind: Dendrobium,Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,Silkworm excrement.The second kind:Corium stomachium galli,Medicated leaven,Amomun kravanh,Fructus amomi.The third kind: Rhizoma curcumae longae,Herba Hedyotis,Oysters.The fourth kind:Corydalis tuber,Chinaberry fruit,sophora flavescens,taraxacum,Fructus Forsythiae,Astragalus,Bletilla,Poria,Coix Seed,oriental wormwood,Fritillaria thunbergii Miq,Radix Ampelopsis.3.The results of correlation analysis:Astragalus and Bletilla,Poria and Coix Seed,sophora flavescens and taraxacum,Fructus Forsythiae and sophora flavescens with taraxacum,Chinaberry fruit and Corydalis tuber,and so on.All these are in common use for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis by Professor Jiang Shumin.4.Based on the data obtained above investigation,we can get the experience and law of syndrome differentiation and compatibility of medicines in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis from Professor Jiang Shumin.Conclusion: 1.Professor Jiang Shumin treat chronic atrophic gastritis as “carbuncle”,consider that “endogenetic carbuncle ” and “deficiency of stomach yin” is the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis.2.Based on the understanding of the pathogenesis,Professor Jiang Shumin propose that “clearing middle energizer and carbuncle” is the basic treatment method,and pay attention to the method of “nourishing yin and clearing stomach” and “resolve static blood and dredging collaterals”.3.This study used statistical methods to objectively analyse Professor Jiang Shumin's compatibility rule of Chinese herb for treating this disease,and provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis by Traditional Chinese Medicine.
