Purpose:Through the study of hepatitis B cirrhosis(decompensated)patients in a retrospective study to understand the syndrome distribution law and study between the TCM syndrome and objective indexes, for hepatitis B cirrhosis(decompensated)provides the objective basis of TCM syndrome differentiation in patients.Material and method:We collected the cases of liver disease clinic in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from January 2012 to December 2017.According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,we screened 211 cases.Collect the patient's name, gender, age, course of disease, symptoms, family history, physical examination,to establish a database, using SPSS22.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,to investigate the hepatitis B cirrhosis(decompensated)correlation between TCM syndrome type and related indicators. Results: 1.The distribution of TCM Syndrome Type: 211 cases of hepatitis B cirrhosis(decompensated)patients with dialectical type into 6 types, including liver qi stagnation and liver kidney yin deficiency accounted for the highest proportion, respectively accounted for 44.5% and 20.4%,other syndromes accounted for 20%.2.The correlation between TCM syndrome type and objective index: TCM syndrome type is correlated with HBV abnormality,A/G and GGT in the sex,age and physical and chemical examination of the patients.Liver qi stagnation syndrome patients mean age minimum, the number of family history most, the largest number of abnormal HBV,ALB,A/G,ALT ALP GGT,the highest, lowest average;water dampness syndrome disease mean maximum, minimum number of family history,HBV,TBIL means the number of abnormal low;spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome the course of lowest average, average age;damp heat syndrome in patients with ALB,A/G,ALP,lowest average,AST GGT TBIL,the highest mean;blood stasis syndrome in patients with AST,ALT mean minimum;liver and kidney yin deficiency of spleen kidney yang deficiency AST/ALT highest AST/ALT lowest; Conclusion: 1.Hepatitis B cirrhosis(decompensated)patients with liver qi stagnation syndrome is the most common.2.The TCM syndrome types of hepatitis B cirrhosis(compensated stage)are closely related to HBV abnormalities,A/G and GGT in sex, age, physical and chemical indicators. It is preliminarily illustrated that the quantitative indicators of TCM syndrome differentiation in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis(compensated stage)are feasible. |
