At present,cancer has become a major killer threatening people's life and health.A comprehensive understanding and mastery of the psychological changes of cancer patients and the reasons for their diversified attitudes towards the disease will be of great benefit to inpatients with cancer receiving medical and social services in the future.In this study,six hospitalized cancer patients were interviewed in depth using qualitative research methods.Among them,three cancer patients showed a positive attitude toward cancer treatment and rehabilitation,while the other three showed a negative attitude.The interviews mainly focus on the psychological process of cancer patients in the first encounter with cancer,before treatment,after treatment and back and forth between the community and the hospital,and use the resilience theory to analyze the protective factors and risk factors of cancer inpatients in different stages of the disease.This paper studies the mental process of cancer patients,mainly by drawing the mental process map of patients,visually presenting their psychological ups and downs,and according to the arrangement of the recording data and notes,the deep psychological experience is described.According to the research,the patients with negative coping attitude will experience negative emotions,false cognitions,incomplete body,lack of information,guilt and difficulty in role change in four stages.Patients with positive coping attitude have negative emotions and false cognition--rational treatment results--bearing cancer pain,accepting physical disability,self-identity--psychological experience of role regression.Resilience theory was used to analyze the psychological experience of hospitalized cancer patients with different attitudes in different stages of their illness,mainly due to the existence of environmental system and individual system protection and risk factors.The risk factors in the individual system include unsatisfied medicalinformation needs,fear of death,guilt,self-accusation,ignorance of the disease and unfulfilled wishes.Protective factors include satisfaction of information needs,high level of activity,role continuity,self-esteem,gratitude,knowledge of illness,objective view of death,and self-identity.Risk factors in environmental system include lack of social support,role interruption and labeling.Protective factors include adequate social support networks and humanistic care in hospitals.The research aims at the four stages of the heart course of cancer patients,and finally puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions.When the first encounter with cancer,the patient needs to be admitted to the hospital for evaluation,psychological counseling,cognitive changes,as the case to inform the condition;Before patients receive treatment,they need to help them adapt to the hospital,popularize knowledge of nursing information,and meet patients' information needs.After receiving treatment,patients need to use professional methods to help patients relieve cancer pain,enhance self-identity,and establish a support network;When patients go back and forth between the community and the hospital,they need to implement spiritual care for the patients,tap the potential of the patients,maintain the activity level and finally help others and help themselves.
