With the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the employment of employees has become a social normal,and the basic medical insurance system that guarantees their basic needs of life has also played an increasingly important role.As the number and nature of the insured are more and more diversified,the current policies have been unable to fully meet the needs of migrant workers,and various obstacles have arisen in the transfer of medical insurance,and various problems have arisen.Therefore,this paper mainly improves the current methods of employee medical insurance transfer,and proposes references for improving the medical insurance system.Based on the previous studies,based on the actual situation in China at present,this paper studies the problem of the transfer and continuation of medical insurance for employees through the combination of normative analysis and literature analysis,including the following aspects: First of all,through the description of the current status of the transfer of medical insurance for employees,analyze the problems and causes,and think about the irrationality in the process.Secondly,by analyzing the experience of EU's implementation of transnational medical insurance,combined with China's national conditions,it is concluded for China.Revelation,aiming to learn from the experience of the EU's transnational medical security model;finally,combined with my current actual situation,put forward the "segment calculation" of the personal account and the "segment calculation,merger payment" of the unified account solution,and proposed to strengthen China The construction of the rule of law,the gradual realization of the provincial-level co-ordination of the medical insurance system,and the establishment of transfer and joint joint adjustment funds,and the improvement of the current supervision mechanism and the promotion of informationization in the medical insurance system.Based on the experience of the European Union's transnational medical security model,this paper draws on the improvement of the current method of employee medical insurance transfer and connection in China,and proposes a calculation method for individual accounts and pooled accounts,which clearly explains the implementation methods of employee medical insurance in different places.Trying to do its utmost to promote the development of the medical insurance industry.
