Analysis And Study Of Internal Factors Influencing The Establishment Of A Clinical Research Project Based On A Certain Fund

Objective:(1)Through the analysis of the empirical data of a fund's three-year initial fund,the internal factors affecting the quality of clinical research proj ects are identified by category.(2)This paper discusses the impact of the project's own factors,project applicant factors and evaluation expert factors on the clinical research project,and provides reference for improving the quality of clinical research projects.Methods:This study analyzes and studies the evaluation data of a fund for three years.Firstly,it uses the literature research method to summarize the relevant factors of clinical research project establishment.Secondly,the research will organize the data from the project applicants,the project's own factors and the evaluation experts through descriptive statistical methods.In the statistical analysis,the discriminant analysis method,linear forward selection regression method and stepwise logistic regression method are used to explore the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable,and the direction and influence size of the influence are obtained.The chi-square test method is used to explore the difference.The differences in the distribution of the project's rational project by the personal characteristics of the experts and the project applicants,so as to analyze the prej udice of the review applicants.Results:The main research results of this study consist of three parts:data sorting,influencing factors and results summarization.First,the influencing factors of the influencing factors of this study are qualitative variables and the quantitative variables are divided into two variables.The independent variables include three categories of variables:project factors,project applicant factors,and evaluation expert factors.There are 22 available variables,using discriminant analysis and logistic regression.In terms of project-related factors,the letter-evaluation project is easier to project,and the conversion project is easier to project.The higher the project funding is,the less likely it is to establish a project.The project fund type is negatively related to whether it is a project,and the possibility of project establishment is independent innovation>Youth Only>key research>grassroots popularization.In terms of the factors related to the evaluation of the experts themselves,the more familiar the project is with the project,the less likely it is that the project will be projected.The higher the methodological expert is,the easier it is to establish the project.However,the methodological expert scores are less important,the proportion is 17.5%.The number of expert reviews is more than fifteen items.The project has a positive correlation,p value is 0.005.that is,the higher the number of expert reviews,the more inclined it is not to establish.In terms of the relevant factors of the project applicant,the higher the job title,the higher the average score of the project.For the results of the prejudice exploration of the clinical research project,it is found that the gender of the problem of the review project quality is different for the gender of the project applicant,and the difference is statistically significant,Chi-square test p value is 0.000;the peer review expert gender is different for the project applicant.The difference in age acceptance is relatively weak and needs to be further explored.Conclusions:Based on the analysis of the fund's multi-year data,the project work of the clinical research project is generally fair.At the same time,there are still some problems.Relevant factors of the project,relevant factors of the review experts,and relevant factors of the project applicants suggest that there are some prejudice cognitions in the review work.The project management of clinical research projects should be further strengthened to improve the quality and level of project management.
