Objective:To research on the status of immigrants in the middle line of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project in Hubei Provincet;analyze the relevant risk factors affecting the health of immigrants and propose corresponding countermeasures.Methods:Using multi-stage stratified convenience sampling method,the immigrants who moved to Xiangyang District,Danjiangkou City,Yinzhou District,Yicheng City and Huangpi District and non-immigrants living in the area were selected as research objects.The fifth National Health Service Residents Health Survey was used.The survey included basic demographic characteristics,health risk behaviors,immigration social adaptation,chronic disease status,and two-week illness.After professional training by postgraduates with medical backgrounds Conduct household and centralized investigations.Statistical analysis,?~2test,t-test and multi-factor unconditional logistic regression analysis were performed using SPSS22.0 software.Results:1.A total of 1400 questionnaires were distributed,and 1,392 questionnaires were collected,including 1366 valid questionnaires.The effective questionnaire recovery rate was 97.57%,983 immigrants,and 383 non-immigrants.There were no significant differences in the demographic characteristics between immigrants and non-immigrants(P>0.05).2.The prevalence of chronic diseases in immigrants was60.9%,and the prevalence rate in two weeks was 50.97%,which was higher than non-immigrant chronic diseases and two-week prevalence.The prevalence of chronic diseases among immigrants is gastritis,low back pain and high blood pressure.The two-week prevalence rate is dizziness,cough and difficulty breathing.3.The results of single factor analysis show that the influencing factors affecting immigrants are gender,age,lower education level,occupation,marital status,ethnicity,religion,smoking,drinking,family income satisfaction and interpersonal relationship,and local customs,adaptability to eating habits.Multivariate analysis showed that the predicted risk factors for immigrant chronic diseases were gender,age,primary school education,and customary habits.The protective factors were junior high school and above and religious beliefs.The predicted risk factors for immigration for two weeks were gender,age,and family income satisfaction.Conclusion:1.The mid-line project of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project of Hubei Province in this survey has a high prevalence of chronic diseases and two weeks,and the health status is poor.2.Gender,age,education level,family income and adaptation to local customs and habits are the main risk factors affecting the health of immigrants.3.Relevant departments should take chronic diseases such as hypertension and heart disease as the entry point,do a good job in the management of chronic diseases of immigrants,move the gate forward,highlight the primary prevention of chronic diseases,and reduce the risk factors for their diseases.We will treat chronic diseases for women,the elderly,lower education levels,and divorced and widowed immigrants;strengthen economic development in the later stages of immigration,pay attention to immigration needs,and pay attention to human care.
