Research On The Status Of Contracted Services Of Family Doctors In Chaoyang District, Beijing

Objective and significance:This study aims to summarize and analyze the current situation of family doctor services in Chaoyang district,Beijing.Through the research of Beijing Chaoyang district family doctor signing rate,the family doctor service project,the residents of the family doctor service awareness and family doctor about their job satisfaction,combining with the existing reports and literature review,the family doctor service in the region to carry out the overall situation to do a brief evaluation,and put forward corresponding Suggestions,in order to promote the region the implementation of the family doctor system.Research methods:(1)questionnaire survey method:random sampling was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey on residents in the selected community to understand their awareness of family doctor services;A questionnaire survey was conducted among family doctors in 16 communities in Chaoyang district to find out their job satisfaction.(2)interview method:the person in charge of family doctor service in the district social management center and the person in charge of community health service institutions.(3)literature research method:by combing the existing literature and reports on the development of family doctor services in other regions,and comparing with the investigation in this region,the reference significance and evaluation feedback can be obtained.(4).Statistical analysis:the data from adopt the method of double entry,entry statistical software,using SPSS software to descriptive statistics,chi-square,independent samples T test,logistic regression and other statistical analysis,analysis of different medical level of community health service center signing,influencing factors,such as different as well as the influencing factors of family physician satisfaction,different population characteristics of residents' understanding of the family doctor service level,etc.Research results:(1)At present,Beijing's policy on family doctors is not specific enough,lacking a set of complete and detailed service standards and assessment standards for family doctors,as well as relevant supporting policies to encourage family doctors to work,and signing residents cannot enjoy real preferential policies.(2)The number of general practitioners in Chaoyang district is insufficient,and the number of general practitioners per capita ranks the 15th among the 16 districts and counties in Beijing.(4)The understanding rate of signed residents to family doctors is 54%,and the understanding rate of unsigned residents to family doctor services is 36%,the difference between the two is statistically significant(P<0.05),signed residents understand better.The frequency of contact with family doctors had no effect on the level of understanding(P>0.05).The understanding degree of urban residents was higher than that of rural residents(P<0.05).Among various family doctor service projects,residents have the best understanding of establishing health records and making appointments for referral,while residents have the lowest understanding of medical path guidance and home visits for disabled patients.(5)Residents of different age groups have different preferences for in-home health guidance,free physical examination,lifestyle and health status assessment,and people between 20 and 40 years old are more willing to choose these three services.6.Community volunteers to understand the family doctor system between a little understanding and comparative understanding(average score of 3-4 points).(7)the average number of services for contract residents in Chaoyang district is 7.14 per person per year,there is a big gap between communities.Door-to-door service and advantage of the service frequency is the lowest.Conclusion and significance:(1)Beijing needs to introduce more detailed supporting policies to guide the advancement of family doctor work in various regions;(2)the Chaoyang district family doctor signing rate has been basically at a higher level,need to be turned its focus to do real fine family doctor service(3)in the Chaoyang district gp shortage,lead to the family doctor heavy work,job satisfaction is low,the degree of publicity to the family doctor service contract is insufficient,the lower level of residents understand.Therefore,Chaoyang district needs to strengthen the introduction and training of general practitioners.
