Purposes:Through literature research, the drug composition of Zhongjing Taohe Chengqi Decoction and the difference in the background and drug composition of Wenbing Taoren Chengqi Decoction were analyzed, and the diseases recorded in the literature of Taohe Chengqi Decoction before Qing and Qing Dynasty were analyzed.In-depth excavation and analysis of evidence, drugs, quantity, and ruling information, the addition and subtraction of drugs, the proportion of drugs in various dynasties, and the expansion of diseases caused by the doctors, summed up the treatment characteristics and drug dosages of Taohe Chengqi Decoction in various eras. The characteristics of change, the characteristics of drug compatibility, and the rules of application of prescription drugs are used to provide reference and reference for clinical use of modern medical doctors.Method:Through the literature comparison, the differences in the background and drug composition of Zhongjing Taohe Chengqi Decoction and Wenbing Taoren Chengqi Decoction were analyzed. The electronic literature search of "Chinese Medical Code" is mainly used, and the literature collection of "Taohe Chengqi Decoction n is supplemented by manual search and proofreading, and the literature is re-selected according to the literature inclusion criteria. The data was sorted through an Excel spreadsheet, and the "drug name","medicinal dose",and "disease family" such as "Taoren","Guizhi","Mangxiao" and "Dahuang" were standardized.Calculate the amount of the drug into "g",and calculate "Taoren-Guizhi","Taoren-Dahuang","Dahuang-Guizhi","Guizhi-Mangxiao","Taoren-Mangxiao" proportion. The analysis of the proportion of flavored drugs and drugs was carried out.For the convenience of research, the ratio of the two main drugs in Taohe Chengqi Decoction was recorded as "r",then;"Taoren-Guizhi" and" Taoren-Dahuang" ",Dahuang-Guizhi","guizhi Mangxiao","Taoren-Mangxiao"are r1,r2,r3,r4,r5,respectively,according to r<0.5,0.5<r<1,r=1,1<r<1.5 and r)1.5 were analyzed with the disease family and compared with the proportion of the drug. Results:In Zhongjing Taohe Chengqi Decoction,"Gui" was originally one thing, and later differentiated into "Guizhi" and"Rougui" by later generations. It should be used flexibly according to different pathogenesis.Zhongjing Taohe Chengqi Decoction and Wenbing Taoren Chengqi Decoction differ greatly in their prescription background and drug composition:the pathogenesis of Zhongjing Decoction is mostly caused by cold pathogen, while the pathogenic pathogen of epidemic is mostly caused by febrile disease.Although they are all prescriptions for promoting blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis, their mechanisms of activating blood circulation are quite different, and the medicines used are also different.According to the inclusion criteria,167 items of Taohe Chengqi Decoction were detected, including 4 items in Han and Tang Dynasties,16 items in Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties,66 items in Ming Dynasty and 81 items in Qing Dynasty. In the aspect of drug flavoring,we should use more drugs to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis to strengthen the strength of the prescription to remove blood stasis.Other drugs, such as Qi-activating and heat-clearing drugs,do not directly act on blood stasis, but Qi-activating can promote blood circulation.Clearing heat and cooling blood to dissipate blood stasis are all due to removing blood stasis.Compared with classical prescriptions, the proportion of drugs in the Ming and Qing dynasties changed greatly, which is open to the diversity and culture of treating diseases. In terms of drug dosage, the weight and proportion of drugs used in Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties mostly followed classical prescriptions, and gradually decreased in Ming and Qing dynasties. The proportion of drugs changed greatly.Cinnamon and Cinnamomum cassia twigs were mostly mixed, which might be related to the change of weights and measures or the political and cultural environment at that time.In terms of disease families,Taohe Chengqi Decoction was used to treat typhoid fever and blood accumulation in past dynasties, especially in Song,Jin and Yuan.During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the scope of disease treatment was expanded.Doctors adjusted the dosage of various drugs according to the symptoms or types of blood accumulation, such as Taoren,Dahuang and Guizhi. The dosage of rhubarb and mirabilite was increased or decreased according to the weight of solid heat, and cinnamon or cinnamon branches could be considered according to the weight of evil heat.
