ObjectiveThrough the interventional treatment of traditional levator ani muscule training and health care guidance, observe the changes of ICI-Q-SF score and IIQ-7 score of traditional levator ani muscule training combined with health care guidance for women with mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence, and evaluate its therapeutic effect. To explore the clinical advantages of health preservation and health care in the treatment of modern diseases in traditional Chinese medicine, and to provide clinical basis for promoting traditional levator ani muscule training as a preventive and health care technology for women with mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence.Research methods1.Using the community intervention experiment,64 women with mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups:intervention group and control group. The intervention group performed Traditional levator ani muscule training and the control group underwent modern levator ani exercise. The two groups also gave regular health care guidance(to conduct health talks, encourage patients to adjust their living habits, adhere to daily exercise and punch cards after exercise on WeChat group, push knowledge about stress urinary incontinence, and answer questions related to stress urinary incontinence.WeChat guidance and follow-up).2.The study lasted for 8 weeks. The two groups of patients were surveyed at the pre-intervention baseline level, intervention week 4,and week 8.Statistical analysis was performed on the changes in the urinary incontinence quality of life questionnaire score.General clinical data and disease-related data, include age, mode of delivery, urinary incontinence during pregnancy, postpartum urinary incontinence, number of pregnancies, number of deliveries, number of vaginal deliveries, etc.;The urinary incontinence quality of life questionnaire uses the Chinese version of the International Urinary Incontinence Questionnaire, the Chinese version of the ICI-Q-SF scale and the Chinese version of the IIQ-7 scale to assess the quality of life of patients.Research findings1.The total number of subjects who completed data collection in this study was 61,including 31 in the intervention group and 30 in the control group. The general clinical data of the two groups, before the treatment in terms of age distribution, body mass index, mode of delivery, urinary incontinence during pregnancy, postpartum urinary incontinence, number of pregnancies, number of delivery, number of vaginal delivery, etc.,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Comparison of clinical effects:In the clinical efficacy of the intervention group,in the 4th week of the intervention, the following 8 items in the intervention group included housework activities, recreational activities, travel, emotional health, psychological mood, number of leaks, urine leakage and overall impact has a significant difference(P<0.05)compared to the level of the pre-treatment baseline. There was no significant difference between physical activity and social activities(P>0.05).At the8th week of the intervention, all items in the IIQ-7and ICI-Q-SF scales of the intervention group were higher than the baseline levels before treatment, significant differences(P<0.05);Lateral comparison of clinical efficacy at weeks 4 and 8 intervention, items in the intervention week 8 such as housework, physical activity, recreational activities, social activities, emotional health, psychological emotions, leakage were higher than the baseline levels before treatment, significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of trips and urine leakage(P>0.05).In the clinical efficacy of the control group,in the fourth week of intervention, compared with the pre-treatment baseline level, the control group in the following 7 items, such as housework, physical labor, recreational activities, travel, emotional health, urine leakage, and overall impact, had significant difference(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in social activities, psychological emotions, and number of leaks(P>0.05).In the 8th week of intervention, all the items in the IIQ-7 and ICI-Q-SF scales of the control group were compared with baseline levels before treatment, there was a significant difference in(P<0.05);Lateral comparisons were performed at 4 and 8 weeks of clinical intervention,we find that all items in the IIQ-7,ICI-Q-SF scale had a statistically difference between the at the 8th week of intervention and the baseline level before treatment(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the degree of improvement of the scale:In terms of the scores of the IIQ-7 scale, the sum of the scores of the two groups of IIQ-7 scales showed no significant difference between the 4th week of intervention and the 8th week of intervention(P>0.05);At the 4th week of the intervention, there was no significant difference in the items of housework, physical activity, recreational activities, social activities, and psychological emotions between the two groups(P>0.05).And there were significant differences in travel and emotional health(P<0.05).At the 8th week of intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of the two groups on the IIQ-7 scale(P>0.05).In the ICI-Q-SF scale score, the sum of the ICI-Q-SF scales in the two groups was significantly different at the 4th week of intervention and the 8th week of intervention(P<0.05);The scores of the items in the-Q-SF scale were compared:at the 4th week of intervention, there was no significant difference in the amount of urine leakage between the two groups(P>0.05),and there were significant differences in the number of leaks and the overall impact(P<0.05).But at the 8th week, the number of leaks between the two groups has no significant difference(P>0.05).And between the two items of leakage and overall impact, there was a significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionTraditional levator ani muscule training combined with health guidance can improve the quality of life and leakage of urine in patients with mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence in community women. The overall clinical improvement effect of traditional levator ani muscule training combined with short-term health guidance is better than that of modern levator ani exercise combined health guidance, especially in terms of travel, emotional health, number of leaks and overall impact. In the 8th week of intervention, the two groups of treatments have the same effect on the overall clinical improvement of quality of life.In the overall clinical improvement of stress urinary incontinence and leakage, the Traditional levator ani muscule training combined with health guidance is better than the modern levator exercise combined health guidance, especially It is superior to modern levator ani exercise combined health guidance in terms of leakage of urine and clinical improvement of overall impact.Traditional levator ani muscule training is an effective intervention for adult stress urinary incontinence women in the community.
