Objective: In order to explore the influence of Traditional Chinese medicine literacy on residents' sense of health acquisition,To understand the status quo and influencing factors of TCM literacy and sense of health acquisition among residents in Hunan Province. Methods: According to the “Three Classifications of Hunan Province Classification” determined by the existing health resource allocation basis and the health human resource density index of various cities and states in Hunan Province,10 townships or communities in 4 representative cities were selected as the target areas, and the permanent population aged 11-89 in the target areas were selected as the subjects to conduct the residents' questionnaires on TCM literacy and sense of health acquisition.Use Epidata software to enter data to build a database.Logistic regression analysis,Pearson correlation test and multiple sample rank sum test using SPSS21.0 software. Results: The overall TCM literacy of the residents in the sample area is weaker than the sense of health acquisition.TCM literacy is mainly affected by gender,urban-rural differences, education level, annual income, and self-evaluation health status. The sense of health acquisition is mainly affected by gender, age and annual income. There is a positive correlation between TCM literacy and sense of health acquisition. There are significant differences in the effects of the three dimensions of TCM literacy on sense of health-acquired sensibility. The effect of the “common health care content and simple methods” on sense of health acquisition is significantly different from the other two dimensions. Conclusion: The overall level of TCM literacy and sense of health acquisition is higher, and the sense of health acquisition is stronger than that of TCM literacy. The higher the annual income of female residents, the higher the sense of health acquisition and TCM literacy;the sense of health acquisition of 40-60 years old residents is stronger than other age groups;the higher the education level, the better the self-rated health status of urban residents, the stronger the TCM literacy. The improvement of residents' TCM literacy is helpful to enhance their sense of health acquisition, and the "common health care contents and simple methods" of TCM literacy have the most obvious impact on the sense of health acquisition.
