Observation Of The Clinical Curative Effect Of Scraping Method On Blood Stasis-blocked KOA And Its Effect On COMP And LEP In Serum

Objective: To investigate the improvement of pain,swelling,stiffness and joint activity of KOA by drug curettage.To analyze the effect of drug curettage on the serum levels of cartilage oligomeric matrix protein(COMP)and leptin(LEP)in patients with KOA,and to further verify the efficacy of drug curettage in the treatment of KOA and discuss some of its mechanisms.Methods: 60 KOA patients were randomly divided into treatment group(Tiebaojin Massage Ointment scraping group)and control group(placebo scraping group),30 cases in each group.Each patient was treated once a day for 15 days as a course of treatment,a total of one course of treatment.Serum samples were taken before and after treatment.The changes of effective rate,WOMAC-VAS score,swelling score and serum COMP and LEP were compared before and after treatment.Statistical results were analyzed and evaluated.Result: 1.The total effective rates of Tiebaojin Massage Ointment scraping group and placebo scraping group were 93.33% and 76.66%,respectively,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).2.There was no significant difference in WOMAC-VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).The WOMAC-VAS score of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in WOMAC-VAS score between the two groups(P <0.05).3.The results of COMP and LEP in serum of the two groups before treatment were not clear.Significant difference(P > 0.05).Compared with before treatment,the contents of COMP and LEP in serum of the two groups decreased after treatment(P < 0.05).There was a significant difference in the contents of COMP and LEP between the treatment group and the controlgroup after treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Drug curettage can reduce the WOMAC-VAS score of KOA patients,and improve the pain,stiffness and knee joint activity of KOA patients.The curative effect is remarkable.(2)Drug curettage can significantly reduce the levels of COMP and LEP in serum of KOA patients.
