Observation On The Curative Effect Of Chaihu Shugan Powder Combined With Biofeedback Therapy On Pelvic Achalasia Syndrome Constipation

Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of chaihu shugan powder combined with biofeedback therapy in the treatment of pelvic fl oor atonic syndrome constipation,and to observe the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation as liver stagnation and qi stagnation,and to explore the effective ness,advantages and feasibility of the two methods combined with pelvic floor atonic syndrome constipation,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical pr omotion.Method: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divid ed into two groups,the treatment group and the control group each had 30 pat ients.The treatment group was treated with oral chaihu shugan powder combin ed with biofeedback therapy,and the control group was treated with simple bio feedback therapy.The treatment course was 20 days.The scores of TCM symp toms,anorectal pressure and mental health status of the two groups before and fter treatment were compared and observed.SPSS 22.0 statistical software pa ckage was used for data processing.Result: After treatment,TCM syndrome score,anal canal pressure,anal ca nal pressure,HAMA score and SAS score in the treatment group were signific antly lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).In the control group,afte r treatment,the TCM syndrome score,anal pressure at rest,and anal pressure at discharge were lower than before treatment(p<0.05),and there was no diffe rence in HAMA score and SAS score before and after treatment(p>0.05).Flac cid reflex in the front row was positive in both groups.After treatment,there were 3 positive cases and 27 negative cases in the treatment group,9 positive ases and 21 negative cases in the control group.The treatment group was su perior to the control group(p<0.05).In the treatment group,13 cases were cur ed clinically,15 cases were effective,1 case was effective,1 case was ineffect ive,and the recovery rate was 93.3%.In the biofeedback therapy group,7 cas es were cured clinically,13 cases were obviously effective,9 cases were effect ive,and 1 case was ineffective,with an increasing rate of 66.7%.The therape utic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the cont rol group.Conclusion:1.Chaihu shugan powder combined with biofeedback therapy fo r the treatment of pelvic floor achalasia syndrome constipation has a significant ffect,which is obviously better than the simple biofeedback therapy;2.Chaihu shugan powder combined with biofeedback therapy ca n reduce patients' HAMA score and SAS score,and effectively alleviate patient s' anxiety;3.Biofeedback therapy alone is effective in the treatment of pel vic floor achalasia syndrome constipation,but it cannot alleviate the anxiety of patients.
