Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint massage combined with oral sensory-promotion technology in the treatment of dysphagia in children with cerebral palsy,in order to explore an effective rehabilitation treatment for this disease. Methods: According to the admission time,62 children with cerebral palsy who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observation group and control group,31 cases in each group. The control group was provided with conventional swallowing therapy and oral sensory-promotion technology;the observation group was given acupoint massage in addition to the treatment for the control group. The two groups were treated for 3 months. Before and after treatment, the dysphagia disorder survey(DDS),oral motor score and body weight measurement were used to compare the therapeutic effects and comparative analysis.Results:1.After 3 months of treatment, the improvement of dysphagia in the two groups was compared. The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.32%,and that of the control group was 64.51%.There was significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).2.There was no significant difference in DDS scores between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05).After treatment, the total scores of DDS,oral stage scores and pharyngeal stage scores of children with cerebral palsy in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(p<0.01).After treatment, the total scores of DDS,oral stage scores and Pharyngeal stage scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the oral motor score between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05).After treatment, the total score of Mouth Movement, jaw score, lip score and tongue score of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(p<0.01).After treatment, the total score of Mouth Movement and the score of mandible in the observation groupwere significantly higher than those in the Control Group(p<0.01),and the lip score and tongue score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).4.There was no significant difference in body mass measurement before treatment between the two groups(p>0.05).After treatment, the effect of improving the body weight of children with cerebral palsy in the two groups was similar(p>0.05),and the symptoms of dysphagia were improved in the two groups, but more significant in the observation group. The results of body mass measurement of children with mild, moderate and severe dysphagia were significantly higher than those before treatment(p<0.01)There was no significant difference in body mass between the two groups before and after treatment(p>0.05).5.After 3 months of treatment,Age / Body Mass was measured and malnutrition was evaluated in both groups. The total incidence of low body weight was 61.29%in the observation group and 64.51% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion: Acupoint massage combined with oral sensation technique can improve the degree and symptoms of dysphagia in children with cerebral palsy. It is suitable for children with mild to moderate severe dysphagia.
