Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingre Anxue Decoction in treating adult primary immune thrombocytopenic purpura with hemorrhagic heat delusion syndromeMethods:Sixty-eight patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of random control,34 patients in each group.Through SPSS software analysis before the experiment, there was no statistical difference in gender, age and course of disease between the two groups, which was comparable. After entering the group, the treatment group was treated with prednisone acetate tablets combined with Qingre Anxue Formula, while the control group was treated with prednisone acetate tablets alone.14 days is a course of treatment and 4 courses of continuous treatment. Both groups observed one course of treatment continuously and followed up for 6 months. Before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory tests(blood routine, liver and kidney function, electrolyte, blood sugar, blood disease, coagulation function)of the two groups of patients were collected to determine the drug treatment effect and safety.Results:Sixty-eight patients were enrolled in this clinical trial,of which 4 did not complete the observation test due to failure to take drugs as required and separation from continuity.A total of 64 patients were eventually enrolled for medical statistics, including 32 in the experimental group and 32 in the control group. The results showed that: 1.there was no significant difference in platelet count between the two groups before treatment(P < 0.05).The platelet count after treatment and the difference of platelet before and after treatment had statistical significance(P < 0.05).,suggesting that compared with the control group, the treatment group can better improve platelet count and bleeding symptoms of patients.2.the difference of TCM symptoms between the two groups after treatment is statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving symptoms.3.In the treatment group,13 cases showed marked effect,13 cases showed good effect,3 cases showed improvement and 3 cases showed no effect, with a total effective rate of 90.6%.In the control group,4 cases showed marked effect,18 cases showed good effect,2 cases showed improvement and 8 cases showed no effect, with a total effective rate of 75%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.In the process of curative effect observation,no obvious abnormality occurred in the two groups of cases. The efficacy and safety of Qingre Anxue Recipe combined with prednisone acetate in the treatment of patients with primary thrombocytopenic purpura with blood heat disorder are better than those of the control group with prednisone acetate alone. It can effectively relieve symptoms, increase platelet count and reduce the toxic and side effects of prednisone acetate, thus improving the quality of life and health level of patients. It is worthy of further promotion and research. Conclusion:The efficacy and safety of Qingre Anxue Recipe combined with prednisone acetate in the treatment of patients with primary thrombocytopenic purpura with blood heat disorder are better than those of the control group with prednisone acetate alone. It can effectively relieve symptoms, increase platelet count and reduce the toxic and side effects of prednisone acetate, thus improving the quality of life and health level of patients. It is worthy of further promotion and research.
