Background Objective:Laryngeal cough refers to cough caused by throat disease. It is mainly manifested by paroxysmal throat itch and cough. With the accelerated rhythm of life and air pollution, the incidence rate is also increasing year by year.Life factors such as psychology have an important impact.Modern medicine mainly believes that its pathogenesis may be related to allergies, chronic inflammation and neurological factors, and to explore more appropriate treatment methods for its possible pathogenesis, currently mainly using antihistamines, hormones, antibiotics and other methods. The motherland medicine mainly believes that the throat cough is caused by exogenous wind evil, insufficient endowment, hyperactivity or deficiency of the five internal organs. The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine is outstanding, but there is no uniform standard in the treatment of syndrome differentiation.Large differences, scientific and rigorous randomized controlled studies are few, human factors have a greater impact on the research results, there is a need for further continuous research. The throat is the gateway to the lungs and stomach. It is the first to suffer evil, and its performance is outstanding. The clinical observation is righteousness and deficiency, and the righteousness and evils are in dispute. The evil spirits are in the middle and the half, and the evil gathering of Shaoyang causes the airlift to rise and fall. One of the important causes is to explore the clinical efficacy of Shaoyang on the treatment of laryngeal cough and its impact on patients'quality of life. Methods:A double-blind experimental study of the treatment of laryngeal cough from Shaoyang was conducted using an internationally recognized randomized controlled trial design. The 60 patients were randomized to receive a randomized, experimental group(n1=30)control group(n2=30),both were treated for 2 weeks, general investigations were performed before treatment, and the Symptom Visual Analog Scale, the Licester Cough Quality of Life Questionnaire(LCQ)and the Hamilton Anxiety Score(HAMA)were administered for two weeks. After the questionnaire was re-filled and scored, the differences in treatment efficacy and their related effects on psychosomatic and other quality of life were compared. The statistical data of the collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS20.0,and the statistical descriptions of the categorical variables were performed on different data.Paired T-tests before and after self-treatment were performed on the two groups of data that met the normal distribution. The independent T test of the data of the test group and the control group, and the rank-sum test of the single sample or the independent sample were used for the data that did not conform to the normal distribution.Research results:There were 60 patients with actual total income,7 patients with shedding,4 males and 3 females. The actual patients were included in 53 patients,18 males,35 females,28 experimental groups, and 25 healthy controls. The analysis of the indicators was P>0.05,which confirmed that there was no statistical difference in the distribution of the indicators before treatment, which was statistically significant. The results of statistical analysis showed that:1.The comprehensive effective rate of the experimental group on the treatment of Shaoyang Yure type throat and cough was 85.7%;the comprehensive effective rate of the control group was 40%.The effective rate of cough symptoms in the single symptom test group was 85.7%(n=24),the effective rate of improvement of laryngeal symptoms was 78.6%(n=22),and the effective rate of treatment of itching symptoms was 67.9%(n=19).The effective rate of dry throat symptoms was 57.1%(n=15);the effective rate of cough symptoms was 52.0%(n=13),and the overall symptom of the throat was 44%(n= 11),the effective rate of throat itching is 52%(n=13),and the efficiency of throat dryness is 40%(n=10).3.For the physiological, psychological and social aspects of Leister, the scores of the experimental group and the control group increased after treatment, but the mean values of the three groups in the experimental group were all greater than 1.3,and the control group did not reach the growth of 1.3.The treatment of the group had the significance of improving the clinical symptoms of the patients, but the control group did not have it;4.From the Hamilton anxiety scale, the control group had statistical significance before and after treatment(p<0.05),and the control group was statistically significant before and after treatment(There was no statistical difference(p>0.05)between the experimental group and the control group after p<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of larynx cough from Shaoyang has a good clinical effect, and has obvious advantages in improving symptoms such as cough and itching;patients also have certain effectiveness in placebo, but the effect is not obvious in improving symptoms. From the LCQ score,it can be proved that the treatment of the throat and cough group from Shaoyang has clinical effectiveness in improving the psychological, physiological and social problems of patients with throat cough. The placebo does not have the minimum effectiveness of treatment. From the analysis of the anxiety scale,it can be seen that the two groups have the effect of improving anxiety before and after treatment. The comfort psychological factors have great influence on the cough patients of this syndrome type. The psychological inducement may be the reason for the long-term cure of this syndrome type. One,the psychological factors of patients with throat cough need to attract more attention.
