Clinical Study On Yihuang Huacai Decoction In Treating Recurrence Of Bacterial Vaginosis(Spleen Deficiency And Damp Heat Syndrome)

OBJECTIVE:Clinical study was conducted to observe the effect of Yihuang Huacai Decoction on the recurrence of bacterial vaginosis with spleen deficiency and damp heat syndrome,The aim is to use the comprehensive and objective micro-ecological assessment system to explore the TCM syndrome differentiation and micro-ecological therapy for effectively improving the vaginal micro-ecology of bacterial vaginosis and reducing the recurrence rate through clinical trials.METHODS:Seventy-seven Bacterial vaginosis patients with spleen deficiency and damp heat syndrome who met the requirements of this study were randomly divided into TCM experimental group(39 cases)and Western medicine control group(38 cases).The control group was treated with metronidazole and vaginal suppository.The experimental group was given the oral administrat:ion of Yihuang Huacai Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment was continued for 7 days,and the treatment was performed within 57 days after the end of one treatment.Follow-up observations were performed in the first month,the second month,and the third month.The TCM syndrome scores,clinical symptoms and signs,and laboratory vaginal secretions were recorded before and after treatment.The cumulative cure rate after treatment,the vaginal microecological imbalance rate and the cumulative recurrence rate during clinical cure were observed.result;1.The clinical symptoms and physical signs of the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the changes of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01;P<0.01).2.The TCM syndromes of the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the changes of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01;P<0.01).The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in reducing the score of TCM syndrome(P<0.01).3.The total cure rate of the experimental group and the control group were 89.74%and 86.84%.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the total cure rate(P>0.05).The total cure rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.4.The vaginal microecological imbalance rate between the experimental group and the control group was 48.72%and 71.05%.There was a statistically significant difference in the vaginal microecological imbalance between the two groups(P<0.05).5.The recurrence rates of the experimental group and the control group were(2.56%,5.12%;10.52%,18.42%)after treatment for 1 month and 2 months.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05;P>0.05).The experimental group and the control group after 3 months of treatment and the total recurrence rate were(28.84%,57.89%;10.24%,17.94%),the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05;P<0.05).Conclusion:Through correlation analysis,it is indicated that Yihuang Huacai Decoction in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis with spleen deficiency and damp heat syndrome not only has good clinical efficacy,but also can effectively reduce the vaginal micro-ecological imbalance and reduce BV recurrence rate,this further proving the rationality of Yihuang Huacai Decoction in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis,and suggests that its mechanism may be related to anti-inflammatory,regulation of vaginal microflora,improvement of immunity and other functions,and it is worthy promoting in the clinic.
