Objective: To compare the clinical application of three different methods of sampling sputum culture in the detection of pathogens of pulmonary infection;.Methods: From September 2018 to February 2019,the patients with pulmonary infection who were admitted to the general ward of respiratory disease center of Changsha Central Hospital were selected as the object of study. All patients were divided into bronchoalveolar lavage group(bronchoalveolar lavage group),induced sputum group and natural expectoration group according to the method of sputum culture.Bronchoalveolar lavage was used in bronchoscopy group, acetylcysteine atomization induced sputum was used in induction group, and natural expectoration was used in natural expectoration group.Among them, induced sputum group and natural expectoration group were examined for three consecutive times of sputum common bacterial culture fungi culture, and the bronchoscope group was sent to the sputum common bacteria culture once, and the general conditions of the three groups were compared. The qualified rate of sputum smear and the positive rate of pathogen detection and adverse reaction were collected. Results: A total of 930 patients were included in this study, including 305 sputum specimens in bronchoscopy group(89.5%)and 292 sputum specimens in induced sputum group(59.9%).In the natural expectoration group,999 sputum samples were collected and the qualified rate was 30.4%.The qualified rate of bronchoscopic combination was higher than that of sputum induction group, and the qualified rate of natural expectoration group was the lowest. The qualified rate of the three groups was statistically significant(,(p < 0.001).The positive rate of induced sputum group was significantly higher than that of natural expectoration group(p < 0.05).The positive rate of pathogen in bronchoscopy group was lower than that in the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant. The adverse reactions in bronchoscopy group were higher than those in induced sputum group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The qualified rate of sputum samples in bronchoalveolar lavage was higher than that in bronchoalveolar lavage. The positive rate of pathogen in induced sputum was higher than that in natural expectoration, and the safety of induced sputum was higher than that in bronchoalveolar lavage.Induced sputum can be used as a reliable sampling method for the detection of pulmonary infection pathogens.
