Clinical Observation Of Tianma Qufeng Medicinal Liquor In Treating Undifferentiated Arthritis With Cold Arthritis Syndrome

Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Tianmaqufeng medicinal liquor in the treatment of undifferentiated arthritis(UA)with cold arthralgia.Method: 60 patients with undifferentiated arthritis were collected.All patients were treated with Tianmaqufeng medicinal liquor for 8 weeks.The change of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,joint symptom scores,swelling joint,tenderness joint,DAS28 scores,SDAI scores,HAQ scores,CRP and ESR before and after treatment were observed.The safety of Tianmaqufeng medicinal liquor was also observed.Result:Clinical efficacy :A total of 60 cases was collected.54 patients were included to statistical analysis,while 6 cases fell off.TCM syndrome effect:The total effective rate was 98.15%,of which 0 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,41 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective.Therapeutic effects of joint symptoms: The total effective rate was 81.48%,11 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,25 cases were effective,and 10 cases were ineffective.There were differences in swelling joint,tenderness joint,VAS pain score,DAS28 score,SDAI score,HAQ score,CRP and ESR before and after treatment(P < 0.05).Adverse reaction:Of the 54 patients,1 had gastric discomfort and 1 had rash itching.The safety evaluation was grade 2,which showed the Tianmaqufeng medicinal liquor was safe.Conclusion: Tianmaqufeng medicinal liquor can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with undifferentiated arthritis.It’s valuable and safe for clinical application.The results showed that traditional Chinese medicine has advantages in treating undifferentiated arthritis.
