With the steady implementation of the medical system reform program in our country,the state has put forward higher requirements for improving the quality of medical service in public hospitals,improving the management ability of hospitals,and fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of medical personnel.Under the tide of medical system reform in our country,the public S hospital also ushered in its excellent opportunity to promote from Grade III B hospital to Grade III A.S Hospital.The development goal of S Hospital,which is famous for its leading technology of hepatobiliary endoscopy in China,is to build a comprehensive hospital with the ability of “medical treatment,rehabilitation and old-age care”.The rapid and good development of hospitals can not be separated from the renewal and improvement of a series of supporting systems.Under the bright prospect of rapid development,the turnover rate of S hospital staff remains high,which is closely related to the outdated performance appraisal system and the lack of performance incentives.Therefore,this paper hopes to optimize the performance appraisal system of S Hospital through theoretical research,literature research and analysis of the existing performance appraisal system.Through effective performance evaluation,this paper explores how to achieve the strategic objectives of the hospital and accomplish the ultimate mission of the hospital to serve the people's health.At the same time,I hope this paper can provide useful reference for optimizing similar performance evaluation system of public hospitals.The first chapter introduces the research background and status quo,and points out the significance of the research.The second chapter is mainly through learning relevant books and domestic and foreign literature,to clarify the significance of performance appraisal for enterprise management,and lay a theoretical foundation for the next optimization research.The third chapter is to analyze the development status of S hospital,find out some problems existing in the original performance appraisal system of S hospital,and determine the optimization direction and focus for the follow-up optimization design.The fourth chapter is to optimize the performance appraisal system of S Hospital,aiming at some problems existing in the original performance appraisal system of S Hospital,combining with relevant theoretical knowledge.The fifth chapter is to put forward the safeguard measures for the possible problems in the implementation of the new performance appraisal system,and to forecast its effect.The sixth chapter is to summarize the research and look forward to the future research.Through the research and analysis of this paper,the performance appraisal system of public hospitals should achieve accurate target positioning,scientific and reasonable evaluation indicators,and timely evaluation of the results.Scientific and effective performance appraisal not only lays a foundation for the management of public hospitals,but also provides a driving force for the long-term development of public hospitals.It is hoped that this study can improve the management mode of performance appraisal in public hospitals in the context of medical system reform and globalization,and change the management thinking of performance appraisal,so as to improve medical quality,improve staff efficiency and core competitiveness of hospitals.
