Clinical Study On Liver Cancer Cases Under The Treatment Of Longhu Kangai Particles Free Granule

Objective: Primary liver cancer is a common malignant tumor in our country,and the tumor development speed,few treatments are available,prognosis is poor.Even there are some feasible radical treatments,the recurrence rate is still greater than 50% 5 years after treatment.This study based on clinical screening part of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in order to constitute Longhu Kangai prescription,conduct clinical trials in patients with primary liver cancer after transcatheter hepaticarterial chemoembolization(TACE)or radiofrequency ablation(RA),observe its to improve patients' quality of life,delay the curative effect of tumor recurrence,etc.Methods: The patients received TACE and/or RA treatment who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and the control group.The observation group was administered with Longhu Kangai particles free granule according to TCM syndrome differentiation on the basis of general treatment and symptomatic treatment.The control group was only administered with the general treatment and symptomatic treatment.Both groups were observed for one year,and statistics data of TCM syndrome before and after the treatment by stages,the quality of life,changes of the tumors,the change of the respect such as the liver tumor markers.Results: The clinical observation was performed,24 patients finished the follow-up who were treated with TACE and/or RA,the observation group and control group had 12 cases each.1.TCM syndromes: between the observation group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Survival quality: the KPS score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Tumor markers: AFP of the observation group after treatment was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Tumor changes: there was no difference between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05),no statistical significance.5.Safety: compared with the control group,there was no significant change in the indicators of blood routine,liver function and renal function(P>0.05),no statistical significance.Conclusion: Longhu Kangai particles free granule can improve the received TACE and/or RA treatment patients' TCM syndrome curative effect,life quality,stable condition,and has good security.
