Pathological Characteristics Of Renal Biopsy In Yangzhou Area In Recent Four Years

Objective: This study aimed to analyze the cases of renal biopsy in Yang Zhou,analyze the pathological type distribution characteristics,changes and the types and timing of the occurrence of chronic renal failure,and improve the prevention and treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods : According to the criterion,the patients were to ana lyze the distribution characteristics of renal pathological type in terms of gender and age distribution characteristics of different glomerular diseases in 850 cases of renal biopsy with completed clinical and pathological data in Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital from November 2014 to October 2018.All data analyses were performed by SPSS 22.0 for statistical analysis,and all tests were bilateral tests,with P < 0.05 as the statistically significant difference.Results: Among the 850 patients,672(79%)of primary glomerulonephritis(PGN)was the most frequent type.Among PGN,IgA nephropathy was the most common type which has 301 patients,followed by was Membranous nephropathy(MN)and Minimal change nephropathy(MCG).Secondary glomerulonephritis accounted for 17.3%,the most frequent type was 69(8.12%)lupus nephritis.A total of 850 patients were mainly young and middle-aged,and the age and pathological type of patients are different.In PGN,IgA nephropathy is predominant in young patients,and MN is predominant in elderly patients.In secondary glomerulonephritis(SGN),the young and middle-aged patients group are mainly lupus nephritis(LN),and the elderly patients are mainly ANCA-associated nephritis.By comparing four year,the number of IgA nephropathy and MN are increasing year by year,and the trend of IgA nephropathy is the most obvious.IgA nephropathy can occur at any age,mostly in young and middle-aged,with an average age of onset of 37.92 years.The peak age of onset is 28-46 years old,accounting for 56.5% of patients with IgA nephropathy.In IgA nephropathy,clinical with hematuria,proteinuria and hypertension as its basic performance,and hematuria merger with proteinuria is common in all kinds of pathologic stage.According to Lee's hierarchical levels of IgA nephropathy,proteinuria,hypertension,blood uric acid,Serum creatinine with the increase of pathological grading showed a trend of increased,urine red blood cell count,serum albumin,showed a trend of gradual decline.Conclusion:1.Kidney disease is still dominated by primary glomerular disease,the main pathological types are IgAN,MN,MCD,and both IgAN and MN are increasing year by year.2.Among the secondary glomerular diseases,LN is the most common,and the clinical diagnosis and pathological diagnosis are consistent.3.In the Lee's classification of IgAN,age,proteinuria,hypertension,serum uric acid,renal dysfunction were positively correlated with pathological grade;gender,serum albumin,eGFR,urinary red blood cell count were negatively correlated with pathological grade;some patients The clinical manifestations are not equal to the pathological type.
