connective tissue fibroblasts changes of protein expression.Revealing the massage rubbing manipulation method reduce inflammation cell biology mechanics mechanism of damage,to perfect massage therapy principle provide new theoretical basis.Methods:1、Execute 14 days pregnant SD female rats and get fetal rats GV near about 5mm wide subcutaneous tissue,take the processed Subcutaneous fascia connective tissue into disinfected culture dish,extract,cultivate and Amplificate cells.2、The experimental method of cell biomechanics,amplificated fibroblasts were randomly divided into blank control
