Objective:According to the postoperative symptoms of patients,it is supposed to observe and record the clinical efficacy and mechanism of electroacupuncture treatment on early postoperative rehabilitation in the postoperative treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases. Methods:In this study,52 patients from Department of Spinal Surgery,Affiliated Sports Hospital of Chengdu Sports University, who met the inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria, and rejection criteria were selected from August,2017 to September,2018.They were assigned to 1-52 according to the order of treatment.According to the random scale, the patients were randomly divided into electroacupuncture treatment group(experimental group)and control group. Each group consisted of 26 people.Group A was the control group with general treatment after the operation, which is composed of three kinds of treatments, respectively, drug treatment for infection prevention, rehydration, and nerves protection;physiotherapy for promotion of blood circulation, reduction of swelling and relief of pain;functional exercises like lower limb muscle static contraction,five-point support,Xiaoyanfei.Group B was the electroacupuncture group(postoperative general treatment + early electroacupuncture treatment). The score tables like VAS,ODI and JOA were used to calculate the rehabilitation effect of the two groups before and after treatment,2weeks after the treatment,1 month after the operation, and 3 months after the operation.Data were statistically processed using SPSS 18.0,and the efficacy of the two treatments was comprehensively analyzed and evaluated.Results:1.Baseline comparison: There were no significant differences in gender, age, operation time, length of surgical incision, amount of bleeding, and pre-treatment VAS,ODI,and JOA scores(P>0.05),which were comparable.2.There were significant differences between the control group and the electroacupuncture group before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that they were comparable.3.There was a significant difference between the control group and the electroacupuncture group in the post-treatment scale(P<0.05),indicating that the electroacupuncture group was superior to the control group.4.The rate of electroacupuncture group and the control group were statistically processed(P<0.05),which showed significant difference, indicating that the electroacupuncture group was better than the control group in the postoperative rehabilitation of lumbar degenerative diseases.Conclusion:1.Electroacupuncture treatment and postoperative routine treatment can effectively improve the postoperative residual discomfort of lumbar degenerative diseases, and the curative effect is certain.2.Electroacupuncture treatment is feasible to promote early rehabilitation of postoperative lumbar degenerative diseases, and it also provides some data support for clinical operation.3.Electroacupuncture treatment can significantly improve the postoperative rehabilitation of lumbar degenerative diseases. Moreover,it is easy for doctors to master, for patients to accept, which can increase patients' satisfaction, improve their quality of life and enhance the rehabilitation confidence. The operation is simple and safe, and it is worth promoting.
