Middleware That Serves The Settlement System For Medical Treatment In Different Places

With the development of urbanization and economy,the cross-regional mobility of population is increasing,and the scale is also expanding,such as working in cities,dispatched to other cities,retired children and so on.More and more people are facing difficulties in seeking medical treatment in different places.The medical expenses need to be paid by themselves,and the reimbursement procedures are cumbersome.The settlement of medical expenses in different places has become the focus of attention and an urgent problem for the insured.The state and local governments have put the settlement of medical expenses in different places on an important agenda.In order to solve this problem and implement the spirit of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the nationwide interconnection of basic medical insurance and the settlement of medical treatment in different places,the Ministry has organized and constructed a national settlement system for medical treatment in different places in accordance with the unified arrangement of the settlement of medical treatment in different places within the Ministry and relying on the information project of national social security.According to the"unified standards,provincial system,minimum transformation,one card pass"construction ideas,the Ministry organized the construction of cross-provincial and off-site medical settlement system.The design and implementation of the interconnection system for medical insurance in different places is to solve this problem.At the same time,in order to solve the distributed heterogeneous problem,the concept of middleware is proposed.Middleware is a common service between platforms?hardware and operating systems?and applications,which have standard program interfaces and protocols.For different operating systems and hardware platforms,they can have a variety of implementations that conform to interface and protocol specifications^[1].The implementation of China's medical insurance system is based on the city and county as an independent co-ordinated area,the co-ordinated regional information systems are built independently,resulting in the difficulty of the insured cross-regional co-ordinated medical treatment.This paper presents a solution to the problem of remote medical treatment,that is,through the construction of a ministerial-level"medical insurance network settlement system for remote medical treatment",based on Tuxedo middleware,to achieve business collaboration with local information systems,to achieve real-time network settlement of medical treatment costs across the country.In this paper,the business background,technical background,overall design,technical implementation and key technologies of the"medical insurance network settlement system in different places"are described in detail.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the medical insurance system,the goal of everyone enjoying basic medical insurance has gradually become a reality.Independent medical insurance management information systems have been established in various prefectures and municipalities to provide medical services for the insured people in the local co-ordinated areas.
