Objective: To investigate the changes of refractive status after cataract phacoemulsification in myopic patients and to provide a reference for how to retain suitable refractive power for cataract surgery. Methods: Collect 72 cases(87 eyes)in our hospital from January 2017 to Jury 2017 in our hospital ophthalmology phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation patients, including 42 male and 45 female. All cases are myopia and treated with cataract surgery. Before and 3d,1 week and 1,2 and 3 months after surgery, the international standard eye chart measurement of uncorrected visual acuity eyesight were used to measure the best corrected visual acuity.Slit lamp, corneal curvature, ocular A / B ultrasound and other tests were performed on the patients. The ocular axial length was measured with an ophthalmic A-type ultrasonic examination instrument. The depth of the anterior chamber was measured with an ultrasound biomicroscope. The corneal curvature was measured with a keratometer. The changes of axial length, depth of anterior chamber, changes of diopter and changes of corneal curvature during phacoemulsification were measured dynamically in myopic cataract patients. Results: The postoperative visual acuity of the patients increased gradually, and the best corrected visual acuity after operation was significantly higher than that before the operation(P <0.05).At 1 month after operation, the axial length of the patients was significantly reduced after operation(P <0.05).The depth of the anterior chamber was significantly deeper than that before operation at 1 week(P <0.05),and the anterior chamber depth was stable from January to March. There was no significant change in the vertical and radial corneal curvature(P <0.05).The corneal curvature returned to the preoperative level at 3 months(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Myopic patients with cataract phacoemulsification gradually increased visual acuity, uncorrected visual acuity can be significantly corrected.Postoperative best corrected visual acuity was significantly increased compared with preoperative. In addition,1 month after surgery, the length of the ocular axis can be significantly shortened compared with the preoperative axial length, and stabilized at 3 months after the operation.Patients with postoperative anterior chamber depth significantly worse than the preoperative, corneal curvature significantly shortened, after healing with the incision gradually recovered. |
