With the gradual development of China's economic society and the increasing level of residents' disposable income,the people's demand for health is getting higher and higher,especially for medical equity and medical resources.At the same time,public hospitals,as the responsibility of public health care,are facing more and more market challenges.On the one hand,the nature of public hospitals determines that they must maintain a relatively low operating profit in order to meet the government and the public's position on public hospitals.On the other hand,with the continuous development of the medical industry,especially the rapid development of private hospitals,the competition of the medical and health service market is becoming increasingly fierce,which puts forward higher requirements for the construction of public hospitals themselves.With the gradual progress of medical reform,government funding has been gradually reduced,and the price of medicine has been gradually controlled,which means that the difficulty of raising funds in hospitals is increasing.The superposition of many factors raises higher requirements for the financial management of public hospitals.In this study,I chose SH hospital which I worked for and studied it as an example.The main content of this article is,first of all,the theory of related financial management is expounded,and then the financial management problems and reasons of SH hospital are analyzed.There are four main problems: the unscientific budget management,the too centralized financing channel,the low cost accounting benefit and the increasing risk factors.Thus,the SH hospital can be seen.There are big problems in financial management.It is very necessary to make a detailed inquiry into its financial management.After carefully analyzing the problems and the underlying causes of SH hospital,the author puts forward some targeted solutions.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the internal control system of SH hospital financial management has not been built,which leads to some problems in the hospital budget management and other aspects,and has a negative impact on the development of the hospital.(2)the quality of staff in SH hospital financial management does not match the actual development of hospitals,and there is a lag phenomenon.(3)in the development of hospitals,the modern enterprise financial management mode must be introduced,especially theanalysis and application of risks,so as to ensure the financial health of hospitals.(4)according to the actual situation of SH hospital,These suggestions not only have strong pertinence and maneuverability for SH hospital to improve financial management,but also provide some reference for other public hospitals.
