Urinary routine in clinical tests is an important basis for doctors to diagnose conditions and treatment tests,because the composition of urine covers many of the information in the body's indicators,so the changes in the composition of urine can not only reflect the urogenital system,but' also can also reflect many other systemic lesions.Urine testing is the presentation of urine information.Urine information reflects human health information.With the development of society,especially the rapid development of industry,it has brought environmental pollution problems,Water pollution,soil pollution,air pollution,food contamination and drinking water pollution.Environmental pollution has become a major factor affecting human health.Because many pollutants are not exposed to the human body in a short period of time,they have a long incubation period and are very harmful to human health.Therefore,the detection of pollutants in the human body is particularly important.It is one of the effective means to find out the effects of environmental pollutants on human health and prevent environmental pollutants from harming human health.Affected by different pollutants,urine that responds to human health information will present its own characteristics.With varying degrees of pollution,urine will also show differential information.Therefore,the information presented through urine can reflect human health by effected environmental pollution.In order to study the relationship between urinary information and the effects of environmental pollution on the human body,we conducted the creation of a chemical' chip based on high-throughput technology and chemical printing methods.Urine information was presented on the chip,and the disturbance system is loaded on the chip we have built.The disturbance system is formed by the organic combination of the three chemical solutions we selected.The urine of the test object can chemically react with the chemical substances on the chip,that is,urine is disturbed through disturbance system.,and then the urine information is presented on the chip as color information by means of acid-base coloration.Urine will present different information under different disturbances,and the rich disturbance will make urine present rich information.Therefore,the disturbed effect of the disturbance system created on the chip plays a crucial role in the presentation of urine information on the chip and is the core of the chip.In this study,we mainly studied and analyzed the disturbed effect of the three chemical solutions to the urine under different combinations.The different combinations included single disturbed agent,two disturbed agents,three disturbed agents.Additionally,we studied the effect of different times of print to disturbed effect under the same type of combination.The main conclusions of this paper are:(1)In experiments,high-throughput technology was used to design the experimental reaction chip,the organically combining of three chemical solutions to form a disturbed system on our reaction chip,and three kinds of chemical solutions through chemical printing methods were loaded on the chip.Compared with traditional methods,our method is more convenient,faster and more efficient.(2)Our experimental results were presented by the acid-base coloration method.Acid-base color reaction does not require special reaction conditions and rapid reaction,which is a great advantage of our experimental research in the future.(3)In this experiment,the sample urine was loaded on the chip,and the ultrasonic spray method was adopted.The urine can be dispersed into very fine droplets by spraying,and the atomized droplets can be evenly dispersed on the chip.On the surface,a chemical reaction occurs with the chemical substances distributed on the chip,thereby presenting experimental results.(4)This study mainly studied and analyzed the disturbed effect of the three selected chemical solutions under different combinations.Digital analysis is used,that is,the result grapH obtained through the experiment is digitized through professional software and the image information is converted into digital information.The digitized analysis of experimental results is mainly based on "gray-contour map" and "image binarization" analysis.(5)It is divided into single agent analysis,two disturbed agents analysis,three disturbed agents analysis.1)Single agent analysis,from the analysis of the perturbing agent type,the disturbed agent B has a more obvious disturbance effect on urine than A and C.2)Two disturbed agents analysis,the disturbed effect is more abundant than that of the single agent analysis.The disturbed agent B has a significant influence on the disturbance of the urine on the chip.When the dispersant prints out the arrays as B2C2 and B2C3,the disturbance system constructed has a rich disturbed effect on urine.3)three disturbed agents analysis,111,112,113,311,312 and 313,the disturbed system constructed has obvious disturbed effects to urine.(6)The times of print was studied as an influencing factor on the chip to analyze,the times is 1 and 2.When disturbed agents were 121,122,123,213,and 322,the time of print have significantly affected the experimental results.
