It is inevitable for athletes to have sports injuries in the course of their sports career.The reason lies in the fact that the sports they engage in are a great challenge to the athletes' bodies.Athletes need to constantly break through their body limits to obtain higher results In Competitive sports.Although scholars at home and abroad have analyzed and studied the prevention of athletes' sports injuries from different perspectives,sports injuries occur from time to time in athletes' training or competitions,especially in young track and field athletes.Young track and field athletes are in the key period of physical growth and development,their body functions is not fully developed and are prone to sports injury.With the improvement of coaches' teaching means,the comprehensive nutrition supplement of athletes,and the perfection of training ground,equipment and equipment,the occurrence of sports injuries of young track and field athletes is gradually decreasing.However,the occurrence of sports injury is uncertain and easy to be repeated.Therefore,the occurrence of sports injury of juvenile track and field athletes cannot be completely avoided.By investigating the current situation of sports injury prevention of young track and field athletes in Shaanxi Province,we can effectively reduce the occurrence of sports injuries of young track and field athletes.The research object of this paper is the common knowledge of sports injury prevention of athletes at the age of 16 or so in Shanxi Province.Coaches and athletes were investigated by literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.This paper studies and discusses the common sense of sports injury prevention of young track and field athletes.Firstly,it defines the concept of sports injury common sense and young athletes by taking the common sense of sports injury prevention as the starting point.Secondly,the current situation of sports injury prevention measures and common sense of sports injury prevention of juvenile athletes in Shaanxi Province are studied and analyzed.Thirdly,the paper clarifies the current situation of the prevention common sense of sports injury of young athletes,and probes into the common sense standard of sports injury prevention of young athletes.Finally,the current situation of injury and sports common sense is analyzed andsome relevant circumvention measures are put forward to prevent sports injuries for teenagers.This paper draws the following conclusions:1.The incidence of sports injuries of young track and field athletes has been high,because the subjects of this study are young track and field athletes.Under the influence of the characteristics of track and field events,in this study,juvenile track and field athletes' sports injuries mainly occur in the waist and lower extremities,throwing athletes mostly elbow and wrist injuries.2.The results of the investigation show that young track and field athletes only know where they are prone to injury,while how to strengthen the prevention and practice of sports injuries and how to deal with them urgently after sports injuries are not clear.Thus it can be seen that it is not enough for young track and field athletes to grasp the common sense of sports injury prevention.3.Because of their own age and experience factors,the coaches of young track and field athletes are more proficient in the prevention of sports injury prevention than young athlete,whose coaches only practice on vulnerable parts and teach one or few athletes sports injury prevention to only occasionally.It can be seen that sports injury prevention common sense teaching is not systematic.4.The investigation reveals that there is no common sense study of sports injury prevention for young track and field athletes in the school or academic course of young track and field athletes,and there is no systematic teaching channel.Young track and field athletes learn about common sense of sports injury prevention through occasional teaching by coaches and other channels(We-Media from network,extracurricular books,TV,etc.).On the basis of grasping the current situation of sports injury and prevention of sports injury of young track and field athletes,this paper puts forward the following popularizing ways and methods for the prevention of sports injury of young track and field athletes:1.The popularization of related knowledgeMost of the attention of young track and field athletes is on sports training and competitions.They are less conscious of learning common sense of sports injury prevention and pay less attention to the documents related to common sense of sports injury prevention.But the study and popularization of related documents are more conducive to increase the young track and field athletes' awareness of common sense of sports injury prevention and self-protection in training and competition,so as to avoid or reduce the occurrence of sports injuries.2.Promotion of We-MediaWith the rapid development of social science and technology,the function of We-Media affects every one of us.Such tools as mobile phone,computer,TV and so on are always in contact with young track and field athletes.Therefore,popularizing the common sense of sports injury prevention of young track and field athletes through We-Media can broaden the learning channel and study time of young track and field athletes.Therefore,how to avoid or reduce sports injuries and how to deal with the emergency after the sports injuries.3.The infiltration of teaching and trainingThe most time and energy of young track and field athletes during school is spent on the study of sports training and academic class.,the young track and field athletes are taught to spread common sense of sports injury prevention through teaching and training,which is more helpful for them to combine the common sense theory with practice of sports injury to make it play the greatest function to prevent or reduce the incidence of sports injury of young track and field athletes.4.Popularization of common sense manual for sports injury preventionYoung athletes in the daily training and competition and culture course of study,but also the prevention of common sports injury prevention knowledge manual to study damage through the movement,for example,before and after training and competition,and so on campus after home,sports injury prevention knowledge popularization manual can make young athletes more conducive to learning whenever and wherever possible.Young athletes on sports injury prevention knowledge mastery,which can reduce or reduce the incidence of sports injury in daily training or competition.5.Dissemination of the propaganda columnYoung athletes in the school to participate in most of the project is the daily training and cultural learning,therefore,the sports injury prevention knowledge propaganda column on the training ground and around the classroom,providing convenient conditions for young athletes sports injury prevention knowledge learning,more conducive to the movement of young athletes injury prevention knowledge learning,to prevent or reduce the incidence of sports injury.
