Study Of Zhenwu Decoction And Youjiale On Thyroid Function And Renal Function After Total Thyroidectomy In Rabbits

Objective: To observe the Zhenwu decoction combined with euthyrox on rabbit thyroidectomy postoperative hypothyroidism and renal damage secondary research.Materials and methods: 25 SPF Chinese rabbits were randomly divided into 2groups,5 in the normal group and 20 in the experiment group.The experimental group was randomly divided into the model group.euthyrox group,Zhenwu Decoction group,Zhenwu Decoction + euthyrox group,5 rats in each group.The experimental group received surgical resection of bilateral thyroid tissue,normal group treated with open skin after thyroidectomy by direct suture,third days after surgery to check blood thyroid function,the experimental group and the normal group there are great differences in the results,the model was successful,they were given corresponding drug treatment,observation of normal group and experimental group blood thyroid function after 10 days(FT3,FT4,TSH)and renal function(BUN,CREAT)level.Result:1.3 days after operation of thyroid function: the experimental group FT3 and FT4 were significantly lower than normal(P <0.01),Compared with the normal group,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the TSHgroup(after 10 days of treatment,compared with model group 3medication group FT3 and FT4 were increased,3 TSH treatment group was significantly lower than the model group,but still higher than the normal group,the Zhenwu Decoction + euthyrox and normal group was most close to the Zhenwu Decoction + euthyrox group FT3 higher than normal group,Zhenwu Decoction +euthyrox group FT4 increased significantly.2.the comparison of renal function after10 days of treatment group serum BUN and CREAT decreased compared with the model group,Between Zhenwu Decoction + euthyrox group compared with normal group had no significant difference(P < 0.05).Euthyrox group and the group of Zhenwu Decoction serum BUN and CREAT were slightly lower than that of model group.Conclusion: Zhenwu Decoction on rabbits was increased after total thyroidectomy for thyroid hormone,thyroid function therapeutic effect of Zhenwu decoction combinedwith euthyrox treatment after total thyroidectomy is superior to the simple euthyrox.Zhenwu decoction combined with euthyrox intervention for renal damage in rabbits can cause hypothyroidism after thyroidectomy.
