Effect Of Huotang Decoction On The Expression Of Endometrial Cell Marker Protein In Thin Endometrial Rats

Objective: The aim of this experiment is to establish a thin endometrial rat model,and to explore the mechanism of the treatment of thin endometrium by studying the effect of huluan Decoction on the expression of the labeled protein in the intimal cells of the model rats.Methods:We choose 60 SD female rats to be included in the experiment.The tail was injected with BrdU for labeling.After the start of the BrdU markup 24 h,the rats were randomly divided into 6 groups,blank group rats,model group,aspirin group,huluan Decoction of huluan Decoction low dose group,middle dose group,high dose of huluan decoction group made of thin endometrium model.The drug intervention group rats were given corresponding drugs for 7 days,3 estrous cycles after rats uterus,endometrial morphological changes with HE staining,measurement of endometrial thickness,detected by immunohistochemical staining of BrdU in endometrium and endometrial cell marker protein vimentin and CD34 expression.Results:(1)Model evaluation: there was no statistical significance in the weight of rats before the model(P>0.05).HE staining showed that the endometrium in model group became thinner.The thickness of endometrium in the model group showed that the endometrial thickness in the model group was significantly different from that in the blank group(P<0.05).(2)The effect of drug therapy: the thickness of the endometrium increased in the low? middle and high dose groups and the aspirin group.Compared with model group,there was a significant difference in thickness of endometrial thickening(P<0.05),and aspirin group was not statistically significant compared with the middle and high dose group(P>0.05),which was statistically significant compared with the low dose group(P=0.002<0.05).(3)The drug intervention after protein thin endometrium cell marker: model group between vimentin expression of endothelial cells and interstitial cells of CD34 expression were lower than that in the blank group,aspirin group and huluan Decoction group compared with the model group,theprotein expression increased in varying degrees,including huluan Decoction high dose group was the highest.Conclusion:Huluan Decoction can increase vimentin expression and endothelial cell CD34 expression in endometrial stromal cells of thin endometrium,suggesting that the treatment of thin endometrium with huluan Decoction may be related to intimal hyperplasia,angiogenesis and increased expression of endometrial protein.
